The space
You are in the middle of everything you need. For your groceries, Sam's Club is next door and Target is 2 min away. The 192hwy is the first light when you are out of the community. This Hwy takes you to all the Disney Parks and connects you to the I4 which takes you to Universal, Seaworld, Outlets, International Drive, Cocoa Beach when you go East, going west you'll get to Legoland and Tampa(Clearwater Beach).

We do understand how important is for our guest to get home and have quality rest after a long day at the theme parks, the beach, big events, or been all day at the convention center.
