Everything we needed and clean!

The house was just what our family of 5 needed for our Orlando vacation ! The home was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet and close to the highway. What more could you ask for?

Comfortable and Best Location!

Safe gated area..Easy check-in and check out for early bird travels. It was great! Clean and comfortable. Wifi and Netflix...close to airport and even closer to the mall and restaurants. If you are not going to the theme parks still visit Disney Springs which is about 15 min drive. Accessible area and easy for Ubers to get to. Host Christina is the best.. fast replies.. definitely would come back...

Cute and spacious

It wasn’t what I thought, however it’s a wonderful place to stay. The neighbors are friendly and it’s pretty quiet. I would definitely stay again. Also, I was booked a day short, my fault and the host made it easy for that extra night.

Perfect

The house is beautiful and clean, the beds are very comfortable. We loved this place! We also liked the ducks living next to the house and the squirrels in the park! There are no garden chairs, we would have liked it if there were, but everything else was perfect!

Okay in a pinch

Host was responsive and helpful to a certain extent in addressing concerns. But this house needs better cleaning and upkeep. Stained carpeting upstairs and badly in need of painting throughout. Uncomfortable mattresses. Lacking in kitchen needs. Broken ice maker in freezer and AC was not working during several days of our stay. Gate nearby was broken and allowed for access from outside area - not secure. Very busy street with many cars parked along street. Barking dogs in neighborhood. Backyard not very inviting. We enjoyed the common pool area.

The property was spacious and comfortable. It's located within 20 minutes or less of all the nearby attractions and plenty of nearby restaurants. The host was easy to get a hold of and great to deal with. We would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location for a Disney vacation

The home was exactly as advertised; and conviently located to the majority of activities my 5 year old son and myself were interested in. Grocery stores down the street. Christina was responsive to any questions. We enjoyed the cats and birds wandering the property. The home was beautiful and greatly enhanced our overall vacation! Recommend to anyone wanting extra space and close proximity to many activities. Would definitely stay at the property again!

Great Location and Plenty of Room

The property was kept very clean! Check in instructions and directions to the property were clear and VERY helpful. We LOVED that the location is close to all the Orlando action and eateries without being directly in the hussle and bussle. Although the neighborhood was a bit congested with street parking, we didn't have a problem because we only had our one family vehicle that fit in the driveway perfectly. The home was equipped with a couple of the necessities, (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) and the kitchen was stocked with silverware, plates, bowls, cookware, etc. Thank you so much for your great hospitality!

Beautiful home

This property was clean and in a convenient area. You are very close to everything you need while visiting. The host has alot provided to you during your stay ie, towels, dish soap, coffee, sugar ect. There is a washer dryer which was awesome to control the laundry This place was definitely worth the stay. When I go back to visit the area I will book here again.

Get-a-way!

We needed a place close to the other four couples we were traveling with. This was an excellent location for us. The beds were extremely comfortable. Pool location very very walkable.

Girls getaway

Good Location, Great Value

The unit is located very close to everything you could need i.e. Walmart, restaurants, etc. It was also convenient to the Disney parks as well. Was a great value.

Cozy convenient location

Very easy checkin (before the front keypad battery died). The kitchen pantry has enough items to start cooking; all we need was grocery run. Bathrooms was cleaned. Convenient laundry on second floor and a fast WiFi. Overall plenty of space and clean for a family of five. Would stay again on our next trip.

Convenient for Disney

Was looking for a convenient place to stay close to Disney. This is only minutes away with easy access since Interstate 4 is usually backed up mornings and evenings.

Worked great for our five person family

Three teenage boys plus us parents stayed there. Good access to stores and theme parks. The check in was so easy that I didn't need to contact Christina once during our stay, but she seemed accessible had I tried. If i wanted to be super petty i could say minor things like... too many cars on the street making it tight getting through there and parking, one table bench was a little rickety and made us nervous, the seats of a couple barstools are broken through (still usable), and as a homeowner i would suggest a possible recaulk of the upstairs master bath (a tub which my wife loved). My own home needs more than that. I still give it a 5 star stay. It's a no fuss, cozy place to stay that gives you one less thing to stress about when planning your vacation.

Nice place in good location.

Property was clean, but showed some wear. The kids used the pool and it was in great shape. There was a lot of helicopter noise at all hours of the day. Must be in a flight path. Check in was easy. 20 minutes to SeaWorld, 30 minutes to Universal Studios. Very close to shopping for any needs.

Fantastic location for Disney

Me and my parents had a perfect stay at this property. The townhome is extremely spacious and perfect for a family of 4, or even more. It’s only 10-15 mins to Disney and very easy roads. Universal is just a short 20 mins as well! Christina was a great host and communicated really well. Thank you!
