The Fox Den can comfortably sleep 14 people so bring the entire family!

This lake front home has over 3000 square feet of space spread out between 5 bedrooms on two floors.

The main living space on the first floor is made up 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and an open concept living area and dining area with a fully equipped kitchens.

Downstairs, you will find a separate living area with 2 bedrooms and 1 batch featuring a wet bar and game room featuring shuffleboard, foosball and air hockev.

Fun lake weekend getaway

This was a great place to stay with kids and had plenty of room. Very close to the lake and a nice marina where we rented a pontoon boat.

Very Nice home, very modern remodel recently done. Few kinks with hot water intermittently not working and roofers banging on the roof all day one of the days. But overall, would stay there again. Hosts seemed to be very nice people.

Hidden Gem

Celebrated our daughter’s UARK graduation and this place was a perfect fit for the family to all get together to celebrate her. The property was . Clean, modern and outfitted with everything including fuzz-ball, shuffle board tables in the downstairs area. It literally had everything g we needed. I highly recommend this property for any occasion and enough room for a reunion!

College game trip for family and friends

The property was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. We were unable to use the grill or smoker but used the crockpot and oven instead. It was well stocked and a perfect place for a getaway. Highly recommend.

Great home with awesome layout!

The home has great furniture and a wonderful layout! We really enjoyed the games downstairs, and the kitchen is really well stocked! We did have a couple of issues but the owner was very quick to respond and I'm sure he has handled everything already. We would definitely stay here again!

Great gathering spot

Nice and roomy. No lack of beds or baths for our group of 7. Big kitchen, great deck. Only wish we had visited in the spring/summer/early fall as the surrounding area would be beautiful with all of the trees and lake view. Lots of breweries to visit in Rogers, too.

Wedding Destination

The property was perfect for our family of 9! We spent a lot of time on the deck in between attending a wedding in Fayetteville. It was close to the airport to pick up family as well. Is a beautiful home. Beautiful covered deck. Interior pics do not do it justice. Beds are extremely comfortable, and sofas are the softest sofas we had ever sat on. Great communication with the owner. Was very helpful. Will definitely rent again.

Great place for friends and family

Our group of 9 stayed for 4 nights. The house is clean and very spacious. It appears to have been recently remodeled and done well. The kitchen was well stocked. The back patio is lovely and roomy for all of us. The couple of questions we had, the owner was very responsive and helpful. We loved our time there and hope to return again in the future!

Family Vacation

Our group of 12 stayed for 5 nights. It is a lovely home with ample space for everyone. The little kids loved the play set out back and the close proximity to the lake for their exploring. Adults loved the game room. The kitchen was very well stocked as we cooked most of our meals at the house. The home is recently updated with nice furniture. Beds were all very comfortable. We will definitely stay there again!

Great place

The game room was very unexpected, however we spent most of our time outside either on the deck or dock. The weather was to nice to stay in the house. I heard about Beaver Lake and how beautiful it was and it did not disappoint us. The group tries to get together 1 once a year for a get away and this will be a repeat place. Thanks for a wonderful time.
