Beautiful oceanfront 3BR condo is your home at the beach!

"Joanzin' for the Beach" is a beautifully designed (complete remodel in 2022) family friendly 3 bedroom 2 bath oceanfront condo where the beach and ocean are in your backyard and the views and sounds of the ocean are always there!

Enjoy a gourmet kitchen with everything you need to cook anything you wish. Well designed interior rooms provide maximum comfort and "homeyness!" and Smart TVs allow for browsing provided local TV or accessing your own apps! High speed Wi-Fi 6 internet allows streaming as well as working, and the outdoor storage has beach sand chairs and beach umbrellas along with some other beach items. Charcoal grills are on property for guest use

Located in the very desirable west end of Ocean Isle Beach while still being a short drive from amazing restaurants, shops, and experiences both on- and off-island. Kid friendly, with games to play, beach toys, kid's beach chairs, and a crib and high-chair included in the property. Sorry, no pets.

Linens (sheets and towels) are not included, but there are services on the island that can provide linens for you and have it dropped off! Let us know if you need recommendations. The property does not allow golf carts.

Perfect condo for our family. Everything was as described. Nice area of Ocean Isle Beach. I do wish that there was more lighting in the parking lot. It is very dark walking to the condo at night. We really enjoyed our stay.

This is a beautiful, well-equipped and comfortable condo right on the beach. The hosts have gone above and beyond to make their home as comfortable and convenient as it could possibly be! They graciously provide a well-stocked spice/seasoning cabinet and fridge and a very extensive beach closet with multiple (nice, comfortable) chairs, umbrellas and beach toys. The condo is beautifully/tastefully decorated and everything felt new and very clean. Rick is very responsive and helpful—just wonderful all-around. Thank you for a lovely stay—one of the nicest VRBOs we have stayed at!

Perfect Place for Quiet Vacation

We were trying to find a place that would be similar to the Ocean Isle Winds Resort that in now private. This was perfect and very quiet. Nice accommodations and great having condiments to avoid buying them. Very kid friendly and nice to have a crib and high chair.

Spring break stay on Ocean Isle

Our family which included parents, adult children, and young kids—had an enjoyable stay in the condo. It was well cared for and comfortable. There was enough space for all of us to relax and enjoy quality time together. The kitchen was very well stocked, which made meal prep super easy, and we loved how close it was to the beach—just a short walk away. One of the best perks was not having to lug beach gear; the owners provided multiple chairs and other essentials, which was such a thoughtful touch. The beds were comfortable. Our grandchildren loved the cute cozy bunkbed room.The owners themselves were wonderful to work with—friendly, responsive, and made everything seamless. The area is beautiful and peaceful, and we’d absolutely love to stay here again. Highly recommend! Good experience!

Beachfront beauty

The condo was beautifully finished and had a great beach vibe. It was very clean and well-maintained. The condo was well equipped with everything you need, from kitchen items to beach items for all ages. Our favorite part was sitting on the balcony overlooking the ocean with our morning coffee. The owners were great and promptly answered any questions we had throughout our booking. I would highly recommend this condo and look forward to returning soon.

Well Rested

Wonderful 3 generation family trip! Home was amazing, beach access only a short walk away and all of the beach chairs and toys were put to great use! Would 100% stay again if we’re back this way! Owners were quick to respond to any questions and/or issues before and after our trip.

It has everything you need and more!

This was our second consecutive summer staying at this condo and we did that because this place truly has it all. It’s clean, updated, and has all the accommodations that anyone would need for a stay at the beach. The owner is outstanding to work with and we would definitely highly recommend this property.

Clean and comfortable

We had a wonderful week at this condo in OIB. The unit is clean and tidy, and if you're into design aesthetic, you'll be very happy! Serene blue and green colors, clean and new tile and paint, dishes, etc. It feels like the owners have invited you to stay in their upscale home and not a rental.

Birthday Celebration Trip

The property was just perfect for our birthday celebration with my mother. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the deck. The sunset was amazing. The property was very nicely decorated and clean. We just loved the coffee bar every morning. We are looking forward to staying again in the future. Thank you for sharing such an amazing place with us.

We love the beach, the ocean, fishing, cooking, enjoying all things local - restaurants, breweries, shops. We love hosting because we can share a little bit of this paradise with you.

The west end of Ocean Isle Beach is the best neighborhood on the best southeastern North Carolina beach. It's quiet, sparsely populated even in the highest peak of summer, and most properties are well maintained. The island itself is family friendly, and caters to everyone not just summer partiers.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Instead of being a rental-first property, this is our second home. As such, it's designed and decorated to be a comfortable, relaxing second home, with top quality kitchenware, furniture, and amenities that we love when we're there. You won't have inexpensive items, mis-matched "extra" furniture, or low cost flooring.
