I had a fantastic stay at this house. Everything was exactly as presented in the description and photos. My grandkids enjoyed swimming in the private pool and I enjoyed utilizing the spacious kitchen and dining room for meals. The neighbors were friendly and the neighborhood felt safe. I would rent this house again when staying in the Cape Coral area.

Omg! I can’t say enough great things about this beautiful house! It was gorgeous and so comfortable; plenty of space for us to be a family but also to spread out. The pool was perfect and fenced in. The house was well stocked and just like being at home - we even used the grill one night to cook dinner! The host was amazing and so quick to respond to any questions we had. The neighborhood is beautiful with really sweet neighbors. If you bring pups, there’s a fenced in yard (seperate from the pool) that makes it so nice to not have to worry about them when you let them out. The house is in a great location, close to shopping (there’s a Target & wal Mart right around the corner for necessities) and restaurants - it was very easy for us to get around. We were there to visit family in Ft Myers and it was convenient for all of us!

Property wasn't cleaned for our arrival. Host blamed it on communication issues with cleaning company, but in reality, it's the host responsibility to make sure the property is ready for next rental. Cleaning people couldn't come out till following morning which was no help for us that night. Master bedroom had dirty sheets on it. Broken recliner, house smelled musty, stained pillows on sofa, taped soap dish in shower, black mold all over patio rug and green mold on runner outside to the pool, outlets in both bathrooms don't work.Place needs LOTS of TLC!We do come to area a few times every year to visit friends and family but won't book here again. Wouldn't recommend this property.

Loved the house. All of the furniture was very comfortable. That is important because we have stayed at a VRBO before with futons and very uncomfortable couches. There are stores close by everywhere and it was nice to have some spices in the cupboard. Also a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, utensils , you name it. The pool is amazing but unfortunately Florida was unseasonably cold this February, So I only got in the pool a couple of times and it was very chilly. It was clean and maintained well. Overall I absolutely loved it there and would book it again in a heartbeat.

Hancock area stay

House was OK, carpet dirty, beds in rough shape. Lanai was very dirty and furniture was moldy. Had sugar ants everywhere. Older home, patched up to rent.

Nice private pool area.

I would have given this a 5-star rating, but this home needs a little T.L.C. Bedspreads were stained and torn, needed to be replaced, along with the sheets. Master bedroom mattress is shot and needs to be replaced. The kitchen was well stocked, the pool and Lani is nice and private. Nice neighborhood. Deb is the cleaner and property manager, she is fantastic! The dishwasher was leaking on floor along with water seeping up into the sinks, Deb called homeowner, and it was taken care of within a few days! Grandchildren loved the pool along with the adults!
