Fri to Fri Rental. New home designed for luxury vacation living. Powered by solar panels and geothermal energy, this oceanfront home is nestled into the dunes providing zen-like peace as well as breath-taking panoramic ocean views. Designed to provide privacy for all guests, three master suites have large decks, and the fourth master is segregated along with a bunk room to provide sanctuary for young families. Multiple gathering areas are provided for family activities, including a game area, a media area, a rec room, and a workout area with a Precor elliptical machine. The third floor reversed-living family area (accessible by elevator) offers a state-of-the-art kitchen and an open floor plan living room and dining room. There is a huge deck for grilling, eating, and sunning, but the treasure is the screened-in eating porch with limitless views of the LBI coast. Access to the dune beach walk is directly from the home’s secluded and beautifully landscaped patio and garden. For those preferring not to walk across the dunes, the famous “Trolly” is available down the street. This home is lovingly maintained by the owners who live in the home for most of the year, and is decorated with beautiful art, high-end furnishings, and all the comforts of home.
