Great home for 2 families, 2 living rooms, 2 full kitchens, 2 dining area, 4 bedrooms 1st floor 1 2nd floor. C/A. Hardwood floors etc. Tenant to bring their own Linens & towels, Only King size sheets provided, tenant expected wash & dry, leave on end of bed for next tenants.
Good Access to tram to take you down to 9th st life guarded beach. Short walk to Inlet Deli for you morning Coffee & paper.
Walk, Ride bikes or Jog to local restaurants, quaint shops. Viking Village located on 20th street & Bayview. 1 dog accepted with owners permission, with a $250 non-refundable pet fee.
