Nouveau pour 2016 - Beau presque neuf !!! Maison de ville de deux ans. Toutes les commodités que vous pourriez demander 2-1 / 2 blocs à la plage 1-1 / 2 blocs de la baie. Trois chambres, deux salles de bains, 10 couchages avec deux canapés-lits en mousse à mémoire de forme Queen dans le salon, beaucoup de place pour une famille plus grande, peut accueillir jusqu'à 12 personnes avec un matelas pneumatique. Laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur. Grande cuisine entièrement équipée pour préparer les repas, assises pour 8 personnes. Grille à gaz naturel sur le pont arrière de la cuisine. Meubles de patio sur les 3 ponts pour profiter de la brise de la mer et du soleil. Panneau de confidentialité récemment installé entre le pont du voisin. Douche extérieure avec eau chaude et froide. Parking pour 5 avec stationnement supplémentaire disponible dans la rue. Fabuleux couchers de soleil à la baie qui a une zone de baignade clôturée pour les jeunes et un grand gazebo sur la baie. Des chaises de plage sont proposées, apportent des draps et des serviettes. Acceptant les locations de dernière minute, il ne reste que quelques semaines pour la saison 2018, les locations hors saison sont disponibles et bien accueillies à des tarifs réduits, ainsi que des séjours de 3 nuits minimum en mai et juin.

À distance de marche de Wawa, Meltdown Ice Cream, de nombreux restaurants, y compris Terrace Tavern, Oyster House et Howard's Seafood.

Acme Super Market, Fantasy Island et Thundering Surf se trouvent à quelques minutes de route.

Everything about the house was as advertised, and then some. Clean rooms, and plenty of them, spacious living area, great kitchen, along with three spacious decks if you feel like hiding from the sun a bit. Quiet. Wonderfully quiet. Bay side is the way side. Close to everything. If you want to walk, fine. Acme and Fantasy Island are not a long drive if that’s what you want.Great house, great value, and Patty is a great host.

Everything we needed for a perfect LBI getaway!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our long Fall weekend at this beautiful property. The home is spacious, clean, and very well appointed. The house is conveniently located between the beach and the bay, and near great places to eat and shop. There is bay beach at the end of the street, with a gazebo that is just perfect for watching the incredible LBI sunsets. Patty, the owner, was easy to deal with and very accommodating. We have rented many homes on LBI over the years, and this one ranks among the best!

The property was very clean and kitchen well stocked with everything blenders, griddles, coffee makers, etc. Plenty of dishes, pots too. Patty the owner was fantastic with communication making sure we knew their rules/times and touching base to make sure we had what we needed. We had a blast - never needing anything except more time there! This is a great find.

Not a Beach House

No back stairs to the shower, nothing in the yard, grill a disgusting mess, deck both front and back a joke, first bedroom on left no nightstand,pillows stunk, MBR the bed was lousy very un comfortable. The stairs we way too steep and if we had known it was 17 steps to the bed rooms we would have not rented. The bathroom on the main level the sink water pressure was a joke a trickle at best. For the money we spent we were ripped off. !

Hi Gerard. We are sorry to hear you were unsatisfied with your stay at our Beach House. Below is our response to your complaints: First and foremost, your satisfaction is our top priority. Please allow me to point out that there are numerous notices throughout our first floor that have documented information on it with a point of contact name & number on the island you are to use if there is ANYTHING you are unsatisfied with because it will be addressed and resolved immediately. I do not understand why you chose not to use this service we offer. I texted you after checking in to make sure everything was satisfactory, and your response was that everything was good except you felt the grill was messy, again you should have called the name and number on the card to have it rectified. We have no control over the water pressure in the home. The deck size is/was limited by the township and has been enjoyed by many, including ourselves, with no complaints. We tried to put a staircase to the outdoor shower to no avail, we were denied by the township and they would not consider a variance for same. The pictures clearly show this is a two story home, hence steps to the 2nd floor. The pillows are replaced after each season of rentals, however no one has complained of pillows that stunk. The home has been rented out 3 times since your stay and no one complained. I’ve been to the property as well and find that complaint to be unsubstantiated. The master bedroom is the only room in the home without upgraded memory foam mattresses and the reason for that is for people who prefer to not have a firm mattress. Everyone has different preferences. I felt that from the time you booked that you would not be satisfied. I reached out immediately more than once and never heard back and when I did, the only thing you were concerned with is that no realtors show the property during your stay, which we graciously abided by.

Patty was one of those great hosts you rarely get to stay with.

We had a great time. House was clean and well equiped and in a great spot. We loved the little bayside beach just down the road. Patty was more then available -even reaching out after out stay to ensure we knew of traffic issues on the causeway. Would certainly recommend this place if your heading to LOB.

Excellent Getaway

The property was immaculate when we arrived, and all the COVID precautions were clearly taken and communicated to us. We brought our own linens and paper products, but the kitchen was fully appointed, so we were able to cook throughout the stay, which we really enjoyed. In most rentals you're lucky to have a pot or pan, but this place seemed to have every possible gadget and plenty of bowls, cutting boards, and other kitchen tools. Patty checked in on us leading up to our stay and answered all my questions via text while we we were there. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect size and so clean!

We were a party of 6 adults and 4 children, ranging from 11 to 2. The house fit us nicely and every was so clean which is so important during the pandemic. I was happy that there were great restaurants in walking distance especially Del Ave Oyster. So tasty. There was ample parking for 3 cars and the bay sunsets were so red. Close to everything!

Great place

This was a great place to stay for a much needed vacation. The place was clean and comfortable. Just a quick walk to the beach and conveniently located to Wawa and some great restaurants. Just a short drive to Bay Village and Acme supermarket. I would definitely stay here again, Patty was a great host who is easy to reach.

Very Nice House!!

The house was clean and in a convenient location. Everything that was described in the offering was there. Had beach badges, beach chairs and full kitchen with supplies. Two and a half blocks from the ocean. I definitely recommend renting this home.

Fabulous vacation!

First time renting this home and it was a great experience. The owners were very accommodating. The home is on the bay side and included beach badges and beach chairs. The outdoor shower is very roomy and the home is very clean. Also, there was a nice welcoming gift when we arrived. We will be returning next year and highly recommend staying here.
