With 5 bedrooms, 2 full baths, plus an outdoor shower, this homey Beach House can sleep 12-14. Decorated with a Beachy vibe, this home is clean, charming and in a great location! You’ll love coming off the beach, easily rinsing you and the kids off in the outdoor shower, having a glass of wine on the backyard or second floor deck and taking in the magical LBI sea air!

First floor:
•Family room with super comfy L shape sofa, chair, flat screen TV.
•Eat in kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, Keurig , toaster oven, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, dishes, olive oil, salt, pepper, garbage bags, baggies. Sliding glass doors to wrap around deck.
•Easy to clean, laminate flooring throughout.
•Full bathroom with tub/shower combo, sink and toilet.
•Linen closet.
•Bedroom with large closet and queen size bed. (Sleeps 2)
•Bedroom with closet, TV, 2 twin bunk beds plus trundles underneath. (Sleeps 6).

Stairs up to 2nd Floor which has:
•Spacious master bedroom with vaulted ceiling, closet, ceiling fan, queen size bed (sleeps 2)
•Bedroom with 2 twin beds (sleeps 2), closet.
•Bedroom with 1 queen bed (sleeps 2) and comfy hang out sofa (sleeps 1), TV, closet.
•Full laundry room (washer, dryer, slop sink)
•Access to 2nd floor deck with sofa and chairs.

Outside:
•Stone driveway can accommodate 4 vehicles.
• Spacious wrap around deck
• Outside shower
•Grill
•Dining table and chairs
•Shed with beach chairs, cornhole, storage for your belongings.

All bedrooms and family room have AC units which will ensure everyone’s comfort.

For an extra fee, we allow 1 dog, 20lbs or less.

Renters must be at least 30 years of age. We require proof of age.

Your reservation includes 8 beach badges.

We do not supply any towels or sheets. We do have pillows. We suggest bringing your own zippered pillow covers in addition to your own pillow cases. If you’d like to rent linens, upon request I will provide you with the name and number of various linen companies that will deliver clean, fresh linens prior to your arrival and retrieve them after your departure.
