Time to get cozy and settle into this rustic space. We have converted this cowbarn into a charming open concept country cabin.
It is situated on the north side of 12 acres, 5 minutes from the 401 and 5 minute drive to Lake St. Clair for great fishing and boating.
Relax with your morning coffee on the patio or on the raised pool deck watching the sun rise overlooking the countryside.
Enjoy the warm glow of the gas fireplace while watching TV and sitting on the leather reclining loveseat.

We absolutely loved our stay! It is truly a special place and you can tell from all of the details how much they care about the property. There was total privacy while also a sweet note from the host, Kathy, that she was only a text away if we needed anything. It was very quiet, the bed was comfortable, and we really enjoyed the outdoor space. We will definitely be staying here again if we return to this area!

I loved the proprerty! Everything was so clean, neat and well appointed! The area was so peaceful and close to everything we needed. The bed was comfy as well as the pool. Kathy thought of everything and left a lovely note to welcome my Grandma and I! I would definitely stay again :)

We found the cabin to be very clean and well presented as advertised. The owner was very helpful, friendly and provided a very warm welcome to us. The owner was also available via text to assist us and answer questions.We would most certainly stay at this VRBO again.

A mid-week get-away

This was a real find. The cabin is beautifully done with an upscale cottage feel to it. Definitely 4-star accomodation with excellent bed, and recliner sofa for extra-comfort while watching TV. Shower excellent. I really liked the backyard pool. I will definitely want to come back. The fan and A/C ensured we were always comfortable no matter the heat or humidity. Easily accessible, and Kathy was very welcoming with a personal note. Highly recommend!

A wonderful, charming place to stay. New construction done with quality furnishings. Bed was comfortable with plenty of bedding and towels. The area was quiet and conveniently close to town and Lake St. Claire. Would recommend for a couple looking to get away.

Very comfortable

Quiet except for the many birds, peaceful and incredibly comfortable and cozy. The fireplaces were amazing, the bed was so comfortable, it had everything we need for a relaxing few days away.

Cute and Cozy !

I booked this stay for a romantic Valentine’s Day weekend, and it was absolutely perfect ! The host made us feel very welcomed and even decorated the cabin with adorable hearts ! She gave very clear instructions on how to get to the cabin and was very available if we needed anything. As an added bonus, she had a specific card game that my partner and I played that was absolutely hilarious ! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back in the summer when the weather is much much warmer !

Perfect Cabin Getaway

The cabin was just like the pictures no surprises, clean and inviting. The fireplace was very nice and was enjoyable while watching TV during the evening. The bed was very comfortable with soft fluffy pillows, the lazy boy couch made watching TV extremely comfortable. We love to cook and the kitchen gave us everything we needed, and if you like fireplaces there was also one in the bathroom as well. Overall a great stay. We went to see the lighthouse and walked around the town of Tilbury. It rained non stop but we didn’t mind we were super comfortable and the rain sounded great on the roof. The host was very friendly and most welcoming.We will definitely be back.

Cozy Overnight Stay

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Cabin. We arrived a bit later than we expected but directions provided by the owner to locate the cabin had us pulling up to its location relatively quick. We found a nice, comfortable and clean cabin. We settled in and became familiar with the surrounding area based on recommendations provided in the cabin. A nice note was left for us by the owner, too. We took her up on the breakfast recommendation at a friendly place in town the next morning after an easy check out. Unfortunately, rainy weather, and a bit of a long drive prevented us from exploring a bit more of the surrounding area, but if we ever decide to follow up on that, we would reserve this cabin again without hesitation.

Country setting, nicely updated

A quaint, nicely updated cabin-esk type feel interior, situated in a nice country yard. Very clean & had everything I needed for my short stay. The few little extras included, especially in the fridge were a nice bonus, When I'm back in the area, I will be booking again. :)

What a great place. Kathy was wonderful, and the place was perfect. It is great for a couples get away. Well decorated and stocked with everything you could need. My wife and I enjoyed our time. We look forward to going back.

Such a cute place and we are thankful for Kathy for being so accommodating! Having a pool in the backyard for our 8 month old was just perfect along with access to the beach about 20 min away!
