Situated 2 blocks from the beach, this charming three bedroom, 2 bathroom house accommodates up to 9 guests. This spacious house features a kitchen with ample amounts of cabinet space including everything you need to make a home cooked meal or outdoor bar-b-que. A combination dining and living room area with large table and a spacious sectional & smart tv. Enjoy the Florida weather with an outdoor eating area, large table with umbrella equipped with a gas grill and a separate space for relaxing & enjoying a gas fire.
Smart tv's in all bedrooms & large closets with shelves & hanging space. Amenities include: Easy beach access, free Wi-Fi, all linens & extra pillows & blankets (including beach towels)
Master with queen-sized bed and private bathroom. 1st Guest bedroom includes 2 full sized beds, smart tv, ceiling fan and shares the second bathroom with the common area of the private house. 2nd Guest bedroom features a twin over full bunk bed & smart tv. Enjoy cooking your favorite meals in the comfort of your house with brand new major appliances and essentials in the equipped kitchen. Great home!

Me and some friends were going to music festival and found this home. Everything was just like the pictures. 2 blocks from the beach. Would definitely stay here again

Perfect family get away

We enjoyed our stay! It was perfect for our 3 kids ages 5, 9, 10. The host was very accommodating for our destination Christmas and communicated all details very well. The most memorable experience for our kids and they had a blast. 10/10

Best one ever

We travel to the Daytona area sometimes 3 or 4 times a year. Have stayed at other properties in the area, but this has been the one we have liked the best. Great location. The Manager was always easy to contact and very helpful.It is centrally located, just a short walk to the beach. Restaurants, shopping, everything you could need. They even have golf carts to rent if you'd like.

Well Stocked Wonder

We arrived with only our personal belongings and it was all we needed. All the towels and bedding you could need. Enough beach gear to accommodate everyone in out party including beach bag, skimmers, and boogie boards. It was located close to restaurants, entertainment and the beach. I highly reccomend.

Wonderful!!

I do not think I have stayed at a cleaner place. It was perfect location and appreciated all the extra items for guests (games, beach items, grill). We had a wonderful time, but there was one item missing from the kitchen. I would highly recommend a vegetable peeler! lol

Can’t wait to be a repeat

We can’t wait till we get the opportunity to stay again. Neighborhood was great, location was great. Owners did a good job renovating this place. A lot of things that in other rentals we have used were provided that we normally had to furnish. It had attention to detail in that regard. The only hold back to providing this review is that it will get really busy and hard to find an opening.

This house was perfect for our group of 3 adults and 4 kids! Everybody had plenty of space, the yard space with grill and fire pit were a nice way to unwind after a full day on the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and a quick walk to the beach with minimal through traffic. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need and the ability to do laundry before leaving was great! We brought some beach items but they provided plenty of chair, wagon and toy options to carry with you. Jessica and Bill were wonderful hosts and we look forward to returning in the future.

Amazing!

This was the perfect place to stay! We were a 10 minute walk to the beach and many restaurants. We also rented the golf cart which helped with going and getting groceries just down the road as well. They had a fully stocked kitchen (other than food of course), but even had condiments for us. They had everything we could’ve possibly needed for the beach too - an umbrella, several chairs, several towels, games, etc. They had a great outdoor area for staying in for a night as well. Whenever we texted with questions they were extremely responsive. We said several times we will definitely be coming back to this property!
