We know that while vacationing, just as important as a nice stroll on the beach is a good night rest. All beds at Calming Tides feature only the best mattresses, pillows and down comforters, including Boll & Branch sheets. The spacious 4 bedroom unit also features 3 bathrooms, a luxury kitchen and a beautiful living area where you can enjoy each other’s company or just stretch out and take a nap with the nice ocean breeze. Everything it says and more!

We were in the area for a family event and stayed @ CalmingTides. It did not disappoint. Jason was a great host and in communication with us whenever needed. The beds and the bedding live up to the description. Very comfortable and all rooms and baths are spacious and well appointed. Other than bringing yourself, your clothes, sunscreen, and what ever you want to cook / eat you really don't need to pack a lot extra. There is plenty of beach equipment / toys, plenty of towels, etc. Having a deck that looks out over the ocean is spectacular. Sunrises, evening thunder storms, watching the surfers and yes, even seeing the dolphins made the trip extra special for us. We definitely recommend Calming Tides and if ever back in the area will try and book again.

I stayed with a group of 6 and having 3 restrooms was very nice. The beach view is beautiful, the condo was very clean and luxurious. Everything was perfect, any question or concern was addressed immediately. Would def recommend and stay again!

Outstanding Beach Front Condo - 4 Bedrooms

This condo supported our group of 7 adults very well! It has all one could need including pool access, large hot-tub, convenient beach access and parking. The patio allowed us to enjoy early mornings and late nights watching the waves roll to shore. The towels were a nice touch! As was the private locker for beach chairs, a cart and cooler. We enjoyed being close to the pier allowing for a mid-afternoon snack and beverage at Crabby’s.Reservations and communication with Jason was top notch. And the arrival gift was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommended this unit for a 4 bedroom group!

Daytona 200 Stay

What a fantastic property and really the Listing did it no justice compared to reality - Superb setting and very comfortable and clean - well stock with utensils. The Host was fantastic, very easily contacted and very very helpful especially as we traveled from the UK he helped us with questions beyond that of related to the property! This Condo is so Cool and we cannot wait to go back in 2026!

We came to watch our son in the Daytona Clash. Accommodations were great and we had a great time. Jason was very helpful with any questions we had and told us everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.

2024 Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. Everything about it is top of the line from the bedding, towels, kitchen appliance, decor and on and on. The view is amazing. We saw dolphins and actually saw a launch from Cape Canaveral. Unit was very clean and check-in was a breeze. Jason was very responsive to any questions we had. Locker had anything you might need for the beach. Many restaurants near by. I give this unit 5 Stars and will definitely book again if in the area and will recommend to any friends or family members traveling to Daytona Beach Shores. Thank you Jason for being such a wonderful host!

First Stay

We had a good experience. The location was perfect with fantastic views and the amenities were good and accessible. We had no issues with checking in or accessing the property Communication with the host, Jason, was timely and seamless. The only suggestion is to bring your own body wash as what was supplied was overwhelmingly fragrant. That said, we would stay there again.

Great Vacation

We had a great vacation! The location was awesome, the condo was clean and included all need amenities. Jason was extremely responsive. We had one issue with the beach tent, but Jason immediately responded and addressed it. We 100% recommend this for a family vacation!

July 4th Getaway

This property is GREAT! The owner was great to deal with and communicate with. The condo was well stocked with everything needed for a stay. The bedding was very comfortable and plenty of towels for the beach and pool. The location was central to plenty of restaurants and things to do. The beachfront view was relaxing with a great balcony to watch everyone enjoy ing themselves. We would highly recommend this place and we will definitely book this stay again

Wonderful!

The condo was exceptional. It was well equipped with ample bath towels, beach towels, pillows, blankets, laundry detergent and fabric softner sheets. Washer and dryer were convenient. Kitchen was also beautiful and packed with dishes, glasses, pots and pans. Storage locker was filled with beach chairs, a tent and plenty of toys for the kids. A big shout out to Jason, the condo's host. He was totally accessible at all times and extremely helpful. He made our stay a very big success. Everyone wants to come back!! Hopefully we can make that happen!!

Start off by saying WoW what an amazing stay with Calming Tides. This 4br didn’t disappoint comfortable the prettiest views in Daytona. Checkin and booking with ease. We can not wait for our next stay at this beautiful property.

Hands down an amazing property, what a view; been to many and this one is. #1! The overall accommodations from the yummy sheets & fluffy pillows, along with the detailed decorations are fantastic. The BEST family trip we could have asked for

Traveling with kids can be very complicated, but this condo was more than ready to accommodate all our craziness. First, I can start saying I was in love with the furniture. My sister is an interior designer, and I had to FaceTime her to show how gorgeous and well furnished this place was. Second, for somebody who travels heavy (kids), having the bunk bed room was amazing. Kids had so much fun in that room! Sometimes we’d even forget they’re with us because they didn’t want to leave their room. Third, we do not only travel with “kids”, we travel with teenagers, and if you don’t have one, let me tell you, they are hard to please. Weirdly or not, they loved how they could have their private time away from the kiddos and still have fun with us. It crossed our mind before finishing booking this condo to get a hotel, and I am so glad we didn’t. The condo was so spacious that it accommodated all our kids and us with the option of still having our private time. We love traveling, and I can tell you with certainty that we never had a stayed this good before. Have I mentioned about the amazing welcome bag?! No hotel could stand a chance! Beautiful views, amazing restaurants near by, great places to have a drink with a walking distance, a fun karaoke, and much more! Kids are already asking when we’re staying at the condo in Daytona Beach again! Thank you for the amazing stay and all the thoughts you guys put together to make our time so special! Calming Tides, we’ll see back soon!

I don't normally leave reviews, but this condo was perfect. We will be back! If you are looking for a relaxing beach vacation this place is incredible. I had a few questions while at the property and host was quick to respond and very helpful. The property itself is beautiful. You really can't beat the ocean views.

Perfect Getaway Spot

I was here with a group of friends for the Daytona 500, and we were fortunate to have found this place. What spectacular views. The space was perfect and the bedding was so comfortable. I would book this place again.
