Your home away from home awaits you! This well appointed Mid-Century charmer has a gourmet kitchen that is extremely well stocked. You name it and the kitchen has it: small kitchen electrics, dishes, pots, pans, bake-ware, cookware, etc. Nothing overlooked so you can cook or bake the perfect family meal! Enjoy your favorite shows on the 75" TV in the living room on the down filled leather couch. Rest easy at night with high quality mattresses that have 100% cotton sheets. Relax in the jetted bath tub with super fluffy high quality bath towels. Rest and unwind with a glass of wine on the patio with great mountain views. Close to fine dining and shopping! These are just a few mentions that are a few minutes by car for dining/shopping: Trader Joe's, Sprouts, Tucson Mall, Joesler Village, St. Phillips Plaza. Super convenient location 10 minutes to the University of Arizona. Within 10-15 minutes you can be downtown, foothills and even I-10.

Host Justin was very responsive. Amenities great indoors and backyard area. Bonus for us was a nesting hummingbird, hatched and fed her 2 babies!

Great property

Great Central location for a lot of privacy and the view of the mountain from the patio. Pretty amazing property in the middle quiet residential neighborhood without any through traffic and very well equipped. Owner is incredibly responsive.

Perfect house and location for a month in Tucson

This is the best short term rental we’ve ever used. It was clean and well stocked. Labels and instructions were very helpful. Back patio has a tremendous view and desert landscaping was beautiful. Location is very central to downtown, Oro Valley, Saguaro East and West, Sabino Canyon, the Catalina’s, etc… and we used them all. Hope to reserve again.

Overall the house needs a deep cleaning! When we arrived the home was not clean and ready for renters. There were dead bugs right above the kitchen sink, the carpet had not been vacuumed, and there were still fingerprints on the glass nightstand from the people staying beforehand. The primary shower head was broken and the stuffing in the outdoor furniture pads was coming out. The master bedroom fan had so much dust on it that we couldn’t turn it on and the shower liner was disgusting. The comforter in one of the guest rooms had stains on it. We called Justin right away and he was very apologetic. He did have the housekeeper come back the next day to vacuum and clean up the bugs. He came and cleaned off the fan, replaced the outdoor cushions, and the shower head although it still wasn’t working right. The home just didn’t feel comfortable because of the lack of cleanliness.
