Wonderful trip!!

Kids said “this place is epic!”. Had a blast fishing and exploring the property. The river views were great and it was a very peaceful and relaxing location. Property was very well-appointed too!

The location was great and being that close to the river was awesome. The cabin was fine just seems to have been a bit neglected. The cleaning crew did not do a very good job of cleaning up. The upstairs shower is clogged, one of the burners on the stove it’s working, and there are giant wasp nests and cobwebs on the exterior. Non of that was a major inconvenience other than the show. Still had a great time, will just book a different one next time.

Because the cabin is located directly on the river, cobwebs form within hours and are unfortunately nearly impossible to keep up with constantly. Regarding the shower and stove, our team relies on guest notifications to identify these types of maintenance needs during a stay. We always encourage guests to let us know about any issues immediately so we have the opportunity to resolve them and ensure a 5-star experience. Week getaway

The house was wonderful. Pictures do not do it justice. The location was exactly what we wanted. Accommodations were the best. Definitely a place we will return visit.

Perfect Getaway

We very much enjoyed our stay here. Everything was just as advertised. The views were beautiful from the second deck with the gas fire pit and the hot tub. Very relaxing.

Wonderful stay.

Our stay was amazing, We had a hiccup in the beginning where the previous guests left the place in a disarray so much to the point the cleaning lady was still cleaning when we arrived and they had to call the repair man for the jucuzzi because the last guests actually took parts off of it and threw them inthe river. But the cleaning lady and the host was amazing. Not only did they stay until it was all cleaned and fixed, They even went out and bought pizza for my entire party. The cabin is amazing and the outdoor level overlooking the river just tops in off. If your looking to get away and relax near the water then this is definitely for you.

A Must for quiet retreat.

My husband and I take our employees and their spouses on a weekend for ‘Staff’ meeting and moral every year. This year we chose Broken Bow. We were looking for private setting on the river. This was it! it’s off the beaten path from the commercialization of the town. The setting is stunning. We rented side by side houses. There was plenty of space on the inside and the multiple decks outside. The river access was perfect! The houses were clean. Very nice decor, kitchen was well stocked. The hot tubs were very clean. There was a great fire pit. The grills were clean. The only issue we had were the multiple wasp nest- I don’t mean small g

Great Get-away!

This was a gem of a find, and we will be returning. The houses are well designed and we were so grateful for ample beds and better than good bathrooms. There was an issue with a shower door that wasn't secure on it's hinge, but from our vantage point, the construction looks stable and well done for a new development otherwise. We loved being right on the water, 30minutes from many scenic spots, and enjoyed the hot tub and outside seating/eating areas. Upon arriving we had one blip where we could not find curtains for the bathroom (which were needed), and a rug was drying outside, with a portable A/C in the main suite. The onsite manager, David, I believe came within minutes, helped find the missing items, and moved what was needed. He was very amicable and attentive. Apparently those staying before us were a little more prone to accidents. ;)

The home itself is beautiful with the river literally in your back yard. The only down side was the maps showed a playground d and community center. It hasn’t been built yet. The house was not clean. Beds had hair and grit in the freshly made beds. Stairs leading upstairs had two broken laminate pieces that could cause an injury .home needed a dusting on the interior.. Hand prints all over the inside windows. Towels smelled of mildew when used. Spa had to broken filter covers. I mentioned this all to management and felt I was brushed off.
