Spacious and updated, this stylish two-story townhome in the Shipyard community puts you within just a few minutes’ walk of all the best Hilton Head has to offer. Golfers in the group will love the location, just off the greens of the Shipyard Golf Club. Beach lovers will want to pack an extra swimsuit, as you'll be just a mile from the Shipyard beach access, with all the shops, restaurants, bars, and amenities at Coligny Plaza along the way. On-site amenities include an outdoor pool and tennis court.

Outdoor space at home includes both a front and back patio, with the latter offering a tree-lined view, comfortable seating, and café lights for evening ambiance. Guests of the second primary bedroom upstairs will also enjoy a petite, private balcony.

Inside, the bright, modern space is fully furnished for modern coastal comfort and features an open-concept layout, ideal for gathering with friends and family. Three streaming-capable TVs mean everyone will stay entertained. Gleaming counters and a suite of sparkling stainless steel appliances make at-home meal prep a breeze. After days at the beach, unwind in the central AC while the washer/dryer takes care of any laundry. Use the free WiFi to take care of any lingering remote work at the desk space in the loft, then call it a night with a toast back outside on the patio to booking the ideal escape.

Great place!! 4.5 Star Review

We enjoyed staying in Shipyard! The pool was great and wasn't usually busy. The shuttle to the beach was convenient, they pick you up at the pool which is a short 2 minute walk. The condo area is very nice and very quiet (minus the bullfrogs in July). Overall, the condo was great! Pros: Kitchen, bedrooms, beds, living room, couch, open floorplan, backyard and deck area, wildlife (had an alligator in the backyard which was exciting). Cons: Sliding doors were very hard to open, definitely need replaced. Bullfrogs were a bit annoying to me but it didn't bother my family as much. Very clean overall but a deep dive would help (cobwebs and outside decking)

Should have rented through VRBO

Vacasa was difficult to deal with. They would not let me know if we could get to the property a couple of hours early until almost that time. They seem to be a large organization that sets policies re timing and does not deviate. It was disappointing and will use VRBO, where I could have also rented the property next time, since they allow you to communicate with the owner personally.

24 Townhouse Manor

Hi. We had a wonderful stay at your townhouse! The space was perfect-plenty of room to relax & perfect for 7 adults. The amenities were top-notch & made everything so convenient. The place was also warm & stylish. It was also conveniently located to grocery stores, restaurants, shops etc. I would highly reccomend this place!

Shopping trip

We are a group of teachers, some retired now, who travel twice a year to shop or relax so we can enjoy each other. We have done this for 32 years now. Some come to the island from Seneca, Sc and Moultrie, Ga or Vidalia, Ga. We love Hilton Head! We like to say we are helping your economy! Looking forward to our next trip together!

House is spacious

This home is very spacious downstairs. There are 3 full bedrooms with bathrooms attached. The 4th bedroom really is for a teen or smaller kids. There is a lot of room in the kitchen and living room. Bedrooms are spacious. Others have mentioned the need for a 1/2 bath. We didn’t have much of an issue with hot water. The outside deck furniture needed cleaning but being out in the elements I can understand. There were 2 rockers on the deck which were nice. Info provided for the unit was good. The only suggestion I would have is add a clarification about the code at the gate for bikers and walkers. I would book this property again.

Wonderful for families

This unit was great for a family vacation. We are all adults so it was nice to have a bathroom in each bedroom. The kitchen is beautiful and well stocked. Easy to bike to the beach or dinner. It was a very peaceful, quiet, and private location! The only issue we had was the hot water - we couldn’t shower at the same time and seemed to run out of hot water. We had 5 people (the unit can hold 8) so getting ready to go to dinner after a day at the beach when everyone needs showers was tricky. The hot water heater probably needs upgraded considering the size of the unit.

We love HHI

Great kitchen, comfortable and good quality furniture and appliances, nice bathrooms. We wish there could've been an additional "common" or "visitors" bathroom instead of all bathrooms being connected to bedrooms. Overall, though, VERY nice. Be prepared for the 5 min drive to the beach. Not really within walking distance
