SENTIR L'ALOHA !! 1BR abordable avec un canapé-lit récemment mis à jour!

Vous trouverez que ce condo d'une chambre avec canapĂ©-lit est bien Ă©quipĂ©, et idĂ©al pour un couple avec un couple d'enfants. Vous ĂȘtes si prĂšs de la plage, il faut moins de cinq minutes pour y arriver de votre unitĂ©. Vous pouvez voir l'eau de la vĂ©randa. Les gens disent que si vous avez froid, sautez dans l'eau! Ce condo est sur le cĂŽtĂ© sous le vent de l'Ăźle, ce qui signifie que vous obtenez prĂšs de 365 jours de soleil merveilleux, et vous pouvez regarder les couchers de soleil spectaculaires Maui Ă  partir du condo ou de la plage. L'unitĂ© a des chaises de plage, un parasol, et d'autres goodies de plage! (Apportez votre propre crĂšme solaire)!

C'est assez abordable pour un seul voyageur de rester aussi bien. Vous trouverez que tout ce dont vous avez besoin est si proche du condo. Il y a des magasins, des restaurants, des activitĂ©s, etc. Fais toi plaisir! Vous le devez vous-mĂȘme pour dĂ©couvrir l'Aloha, la magie et la beautĂ© de Maui, pour un prix EXCELLENT! Vous n'avez pas les foules, (et les dĂ©penses majeures), de sĂ©journer dans l'une des stations locales. Le personnel est trĂšs sympathique et compĂ©tent, et sont plus qu'heureux de vous recommander des endroits spĂ©ciaux Ă  voir!

Le condo est juste en face de la magnifique plage de Kam II. Ce condo est dans le premier bĂątiment, qui est le plus proche de la plage dans ce complexe. Juste en face de la plage (Kam II) vous donne accĂšs aux belles plages de Kam I et Kam III. Ils les appellent «parcs de plage» parce qu'il y a un petit parc devant la plage (avec des toilettes) oĂč vous pouvez faire un barbecue et admirer les couchers de soleil.

Je suis venu Ă  Maui et suis tombĂ© amoureux. J'ai trouvĂ© ce condo, et j'ai dĂ» l'avoir pour le louer Ă  un prix raisonnable (pour partager l'Aloha), et quand il est disponible, je le mets Ă  la disposition de mes amis et de ma famille. Cette Ăźle est parfois appelĂ©e «l'Ăźle magique». Quand vous arrivez ici, vous verrez pourquoi! Je vous souhaite la bienvenue dans ma «maison loin de la maison»! Venez et profitez de la bonne vie au paradis! ATTENTION! Vous ne voudrez peut-ĂȘtre pas partir! Je suis allĂ© Ă  Maui en vacances, et je suis restĂ© 11 ans, et je reviens chaque annĂ©e!

Lanai avec vue sur la plage / l'ocĂ©an. Excellent rapport qualitĂ©-prix RĂ©duction aprĂšs 3 jours de sĂ©jour. PRENDRE PLAISIR! Aloha nui loa, et Mahalo pour votre patronage!

Exactly as advertised! The location is truly perfect— you don’t need a car and beaches and restaurants are steps away. The space is well thought out and check in and out was a breeze. For those on a budget but want a great location, this place is perfect. Well maintained grounds, easy to navigate, just fantastic. Highly recommended!

Cozy spot in a great location

Jamie’s condo is in a great location, walking distance to so many things and directly across from Kam II beach. There’s beach chairs, and umbrella to use, basic kitchen stuff to be able to cook or make snacks and a great lanai to enjoy them on! She’s very responsive if you have questions. The complex has a nice pool to enjoy for those windy afternoons when the sand at the beach is blasting you too!

Great place to stay!

Great place to stay, we didn’t want to leave. Best thing of all was that you get sun on the lanai from about 745am till about 6pm, absolutely Lovely! Can see the beach from the lanai, walk to the mini mall on one side, Fred’s Mexican Restaurant on the other side. Most Excellent location and everything went smooth for checking in and out, hope we get to stay here again!đŸ˜Žâ˜€ïžđŸ˜Ž

The location was great, very easy access to the beach and restaurants. However a few items need to be addressed. 1.difficult to open the door with the key. 2. The top vent on the micro kept falling off each time we opened the door. 3. The small cooler zipper pull was broken so it was hard to close. 4. they need a bathroom rug for slippage after showers.

Great stay!

Well-equipped condo in a convenient location to restaurants, beaches and services. Appreciated the beach supplies! We did cook two nights and found the basics of what we needed in the kitchen. I would definitely stay here again if back in this part of Hawaii!

Great place

Had a wonderful stay, communication was spot on. First trip in a long time with my mom who has mobility issues so this rental was awesome as it’s on the ground floor next-door is Fred’s Mexican restaurant which is amazing right across the street from Kam 2 beach, which is a beautiful beach, and a great place to watch the sunset! Will definitely rent again!

Family Heaven

The location of this Condo is incredible. Walk 30 seconds to one of the most beautiful beaches in Maui. A minute walk to a couple delicious restaurants. A couple minute walk to a market, gift shops, and more restaurants.Absolutely incredible. We stayed with our 10 month old, and our 3 year old. Kitchen had what we needed. There was an infant chair and a pack in play. The pull out couch was comfortable. This is the best location we have stayed in our many trips to Maui.

Felt like home...

Communication in the app was quick and responsive. Great little condo, cozy feeling with all the extra little touches. Check-in was actually a little early, which was great since we came in on an early flight from the west coast. Location was amazing, my preferred area of Kihei, across the street from the beach. Would definitely book here again.

Next to the beach!

I really enjoyed my time! The property is next to the beach, you can hear waves at night. Kitchen is fully equipped, ac works perfectly, beach gear is available. 24 mins drive from Costco and airport. 5 mins to the surfing spot. Highly recommended!

Perfect Rental

The rental was perfectley located, with a 2 minute walk to a wonderful white sand beach. Numerous restaurants & grocery stores within walking distance. The actual unit was very spacious & well maintained. We had all we needed in the unit & I would highly recomend this rental. The owner was very responsive to any requests we had.

I'm 44 years old, and spent about a decade in Maui. I bought a house there, which I rent out on a permanent basis, and I have this condo that I rent out, and go to visit when it's available. I a 11 year old daughter who was, 'Maui Built'! We love the Island, and plan on retiring there in the future. When I arrived for the first time, I felt as though I finally found the right place for me. I've travelled the world, and lived in foreign countries, but came here, and decided that this is where I want to grow old. Maui is sometimes referred to the 'Magic Island', and I hope that you, too, find and see the magic and aloha that makes this island as special as it is. There is so much to do, from tanning and reading a good book on the beach, to snorkeling and seeing the beautiful fish and sea turtles. You can hike through the rain forest and see spectacular waterfalls and wild fruit growing all over the place. If you're daring enough, you can jump off the fresh water waterfalls for a great, safe, thrill. After ten years, I haven't seen everything the island has to offer. People have the ,'aloha spirit', and are more than happy to share the wonderful spots that are a 'must see' while here. You owe it to yourself to experience the magic at a wonderful price. The condo is professionally cleaned after every use, and is a nice place to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. You'll see. I hope you come, and take some 'aloha' with you! It's a place you won't forget!

Condo is stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas and amenities to make your stay comfortable. Cafe O'lei, Fred's Mexican, Moose McGillicudy's, all next door. Boss Frogs and Auntie Snorkel Shop is right next door if you would like to rent snorkel gear and boogie boards or book excursions. Great snorkeling at beach across the street.
