Le condo de luxe d'une chambre est situĂ© dans un magnifique cadre tropical au complexe Kihei Kai Nani Ă  Kihei, Maui. À quelques pas de la plage et d'une piscine immaculĂ©e sur la propriĂ©tĂ©, le condo peut accueillir 3-4 confortablement. La chambre a un lit king-size de rĂȘve, recouvert sur mesure d'une couette de style hawaĂŻen design. Le canapĂ© au style tropical se transforme en lit queen-size.

Ce condo au deuxiÚme étage du bùtiment 11 est facilement accessible et offre une vue paisible sur le jardin. Mangez confortablement sur la véranda extérieure ou à l'intérieur sur le magnifique mobilier en teck. L'unité a un look contemporain avec des appareils mis à jour, une télévision à écran plat, un lecteur DVD, Internet haute vitesse, des ventilateurs de plafond et la climatisation. Chaises de plage, parasol, planches de bodyboard et condiments pour cuisiner sont tous fournis.

A Great Place to Stay

Kihei Kai Nani is our favorite to stay at in Kihei. The atmosphere is laid back and relaxing. The pool area is never so crazy busy you feel crowded or left out. Everyone is friendly there. You can cross the street to the beach and you don't have to walk far to find dining. Everything was exactly as we had hoped for!

Location & more

Cute 1 bedroom in the middle of everything in Kihei. Very walkable to shops & restaurants. Beach across the street. Condo is VERY well stocked with just about everything including beach chairs, umbrellas & tote. Nice grounds & pool. Laundry is not in unit & coin operated. Unit can be loud at times and need deep cleaning.

Nice Unit, Great Location

Unit was clean, comfortable and led to a great vacation. Kihei Kai Nani Complex is in a great location, beautiful beaches across the street, plenty of places to eat within walking distance, the best Happy Hour (Mooses) and an easy drive to Wailea's fancy resorts and restaurants.

Nicest condo I’ve stayed in Kihei

The condo was great, well stocked with everything you need for the beach and kitchen. With no fault of owners there was constant working right out back that prevented any daytime relaxing. Other than that it was a10. Would recommend to friends and family

Location was great and very close to the beach and snorkeling. Saw several turtles. The property was clean, but dated a bit, probably need to re-tile the shower. Other than that it had lots of amenities inside umbrellas, chairs, beach towels, crockpot, so those were very convenient.

Germ condo, no hot water

Owner chooses to turn hot water to vacation. Water warm, but not hot. Water not hot enough to kill germs on dishes let alone clean the place prior to our arrival. Will not be coming back, Owners too cheap for me. We noticed the place was kind of sticky and dirty when we checked in. No wonder no hot water to clean anything. Owner charged us an extra charge because we moved some furniture. Couch was directly in front of the air conditioner. That was so loud you could not hear the TV or anybody talk. TV that we could not get to work for a day TV in bedroomp does not work At all. Other than that I guess the place was OK,but I don’t like dirty and this place was that and so was I,because I could not take a shower with hot water.

Perfectly fabulous!

Property is centrally located. Everything we needed to feel right at home including snorkel gear, boogie boards, cooler, beach towels. Modern decor and clean. Kitchen is well stocked and balcony is perfect for morning coffee. Great Snorkeling and sunsets just across the street with showers and bathrooms. Laundry facilities and swimming pool just a few yards away. Bed was very comfortable. Would definitely book again. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

Great location

Lynne's condo was well equipped and comfortable. There was everything you needed for the beach. Also the king mattress was very comfortable. Lynne was quick to respond to any questions.

Great location

Close to shops, across the street from the beach, easy parking , but not clean . The bathroom needs a good scrub and it has a bad smell. Fans were dirty and as I turned them on the dust could be seen flying all over .. Laundry room working good.

Fantastic Location

This property was so fantastic! The complex is perfectly close to the beach, all necessary amenities and little shops for eating and shopping. The unit was exactly as advertised and the kitchen was well stocked. Everything needed for the beach was available for use: beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrellas. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Best location in Maui!

We loved our stay at Kihei Kai Nani, great condo with all amenities for our stay. Good location within the complex, across from the pool, super easy access to the beach, lots of good restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing! Perfect place for a vacation getaway.

My mom and I enjoyed staying here. It was the perfect location so close to the beach and restaurants within walking distance. The unit was so clean - there was no sand to be found anywhere. The unit had all the necessary kitchen needs you can think of. A wonderful place to say!

Spectacular Maui vacation

Property was very clean on arrival. Communication with owner was always prompt. This condo offers everything you need for a great vacation on Maui. Location allowed easy walking to beach and restaurants. Kitchen was supplied with cooking needs. Barbeque was close by. Bed very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again and recommend the condo to others.

KKN is always our favourite!

We’ve been staying at the KKN for the past 15 years and have stayed in at least 1/2 of the buildings. We will definitely stay at this unit again. Well stocked with everything we needed. Building location is perfect as the sun doesn’t beam directly on it. We didn’t have to use the A/C very much, just had windows and screen door open with an amazing breeze. Location was generally quiet (although had some noisy neighbours a few nights). Far enough from the garbage area and the bar/restaurant
never heard anything disruptive from the nearby businesses. Overall great experience. Only a few “first world problems” to note so definitely not anything that would make us stay elsewhere
..beach chairs need some updates as they no longer had the back straps or closure clasps so it was difficult to pack them to the beach. Bed was not as comfortable as we had hoped
didn’t realize there was a mattress topper in the closet until our last night. We definitely would have used that to make the bed that much more comfy.

Lovely Week in Kihei

Great location right across from Kamaole 2. Unit is right across from the pool. Well stocked with spices and kitchen utensils. A little lending library by the pool which was great. Pool was usually quiet. Close to coffee, restaurants, Kam 1 & 2 beaches. Beautiful sunsets from all 3. Condo is accurate to listing. Highly recommend.

Location and surroundings are excellent

The location is awesome. Stayed in this complex 2 other times. Close to beaches, restaurant, bakery at Dolphin Plaza and ABC Store. The bed was very comfortable.

Bad place

The A/C struggled because the filter was totally blocked and one of the outside vents was blocked by a pile of boogie boards. There was a small water leak in the ceiling above the sink. They only provided three bath towels, 5 wash cloths, and four hand towels for a 14 day stay.. I had to purchase additional bath towels. The only sheets were the ones on the bed as the spare sheets were the wrong size. When we finally got in touch with the building manager she provided additional towels and sheets. However she sheets provided were significantly stained and in shabby condition. The condo was filthy, closets were taken up with owner stuff as were some of the drawers. The vacuum cleaner was totally impacted with dirt land unusable. The toilet had fecal material in it so I had to purchase a brush and cleaner. We were infested with a large number of ants in the living room area and the deck. When we arrived there was food left in the refrigerator. We were led to believe that the condo had a washer and dryer installed and it didn’t. I have pictures of this condo and will be submitting them to my credit card companies along with a statement that we did not get what we paid for.
