Floating Studio Cabin. HOT TUB!

Enjoy a stay directly on the backwaters of the Mississippi River. This custom cabin is floating right on the water, and you won't find anything like it! Grab your loved one or friend and surround yourself in nature, while soaking in the hot tub on the floating patio, or in the beautiful tub inside. Relax in the king size bed thats in front of one of the two fireplaces. The cabin has everything you need, including a small kitchen.
This floating oasis is located at Millennium Marina.

Please note- this cabin is located in a flood zone, so there is always a possibility of cancellation due to a flood.

This cabin was absolutely adorable and cozy. Hot tub water was a little cloudy and very foamy when we turned the jets on, as if someone before us had used a bath bomb or bubble bath in it, but the lovely bathtub inside the cabin to soak in definitely made up for it. We would absolutely come stay again. Restaurant on site was decent. Fair prices and decent food. No mosquito control outside so we were feasted upon while dining. Would have been nice to have some bug zappers or mosquito repellant of some sort being right on the water. The waitress did provide us with some bug spray which is not ideal but it was something. Property manager communicated details clearly but wasn’t big on replying conversationally. I would hope if I had an issue they would have been responsive but I cannot speak to that because I didn’t have any issues to bring to them. But when I replied to their message asking how the stay was it went ignored. Which is fine in the grand scheme of things but I’m one who appreciates a little more friendliness. Overall it was a fantastic stay and weekend. Would definitely return and hope to in the future.

Great experience! Food was really good! Hot tub and bath were a nice touch! Definitely recommend bringing a sound machine or loud fan because it’s a little loud at with the birds, hot tub, and train. And wish they had black out curtains or blinds on all the windows/ slider because it gets pretty bright in there early in the morning. Maybe bring a sleep mask. Would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend it to others!

The property was as listed, communication was on point. The Millennium Marina bar/restaurant was amazing. Good food, great help, activities and entertainment were fun. We were treated like we were regulars. We will be back and bring friends next time

PERFECT FOR OUR ANNIVERSARY STAY!!

We stayed in cabin four for our 10th Anniversary. It was a perfect five days! It was a bit cold, but staying in January on the river, that was to be expected. The soaker tub was perfect to warm up in after walking around Galena all day. It was conveniently located to be able to get to Galena and Dubuque for our adventures. The Marina was closed for the season but we are planning to go back to able to go back again when we can go to the Marina!
