New Construction in 2023! Just a corner from the beach! IT'S ALL ABOUT THE POOL!!POOL! POOL! This absolutely lovely condo complex is the newest on North Padre Island. Not only is it a luxury complex but it is as close to the beach as you can get! It is contemporary, tropical, upscale and in as good of location as you would ever hope to find on North Padre Island.
This first floor only complex makes for a perfect vacation location. The unit comes complete with stainless appliances, WiFi, a spacious interior including extra high ceilings and parking right at the front door!
There are a lot of condo complexes that claim to be within walking distance of the beach....this one truly is. The north Padre Island beach is only one block away. After a day in the sun at the beach you'll come back to one of the nicest over-sized tropical pools on the Island complete with plenty of lounge chairs, BBQ pits, tables and umbrellas. Perfect for relaxation in the evening or an early morning swim. It is also one of the very few heated pools for those folks visiting the coast during the winter months.
I have had many inquiries as to nearby golf courses. For those that want a challenging Island style course there is Palmilla Country club also 15 minutes away just outside of Port Aransas. Just a mile or so down the road is the Bob hall pier for fishing, dining or just viewing the Gulf of Mexico. There is horse back riding on the beach right next door to the pier.
There are many great restaurants just a mile or so away if cooking at home is not on the agenda.
Speaking of cooking at home, the unit comes with all of your culinary needs from standard spices to all new high end dishes, pots and pans as well as wine glasses.
All new linens, towels, soap and shampoo is provided. The unit provides a new washer and dryer and a king size bed that features a super comfortable mattress unlike what you would find in a hotel. One story , ease access to all North Padre Island Attractions. Bring your margarita machine and enjoy your family getaway!

Great stay for beach vacation

Property is clean with great amenities. We chose this location for its proximity to the beach, and it did not disappoint. We did some light cooking and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. Nice large shower. Great washer and dryer. Property owner is responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Concerning

Check in was at 4pm, we showed up at 4:20pm and there was three women in the property, one was vacuuming, one came out from the back and the other was sitting on the coach on her phone. They told me to come back in a few minutes and they should be done cleaning. Once we were finally able to go into the property I noticed that it wasn’t next to the pool as the pictures suggested, and wasn’t next to the bbq pits either, wasn’t really a big deal but the pictures of the outside of the property were misleading. The property was clean and we didn’t have any issues until on the second day my wife noticed a small red light in the bathroom fan vent above the shower. The next morning when we left I reported it.

Thank you but no thank you for that understatement review. Your 1 star review is absolutely improper. First of all about small red light in the bathroom fan vent above the shower --- it's a heater and ventilation. If you never see it or doesn't have at your house it's not meaning something bad...go and Google it and educate yourself before saying it. If you had any concerns about it why you didn't call me and i will explain it to you . Second of all on the description of the property it's never said that unit it's a pool front one or barbecue grill one. It's shows all the amenities in the complex and in the round area. If you can't read description and looking only on the photos then just friendly send email with those questions without assumptions about unit location. Third of all yes cleaning crew was running behind that day for just a few minutes. It's was b2b cleaning that day and on the island was traffic and they apologize to you about 15 min inconvenience. I think you are just very negative uneducated and an respectful person in general and i don't recommend to no one renting for you in any future. Please stay away from all and any of my properties. Have a nice a pleasant trip back home and don't ever come back to my properties!
