Unlock the front door and be prepare to be impressed! This property has been completely renovated with no stone left unturned. Upon entry, you will find an elegant living room with plush navy couches, an electric fireplace and a gigantic TV. Next up is the fully stocked kitchen. Plenty of cookware for even the best of chefs. The cabinets are chock-full with extras, including an Air Fryer! The eat-in kitchen boasts a dining table with seating for ten and there are plenty of dishes to go around as well. This home is loaded with both drip and Keurig coffee makers. Take two steps down into the sunken family room and you will find a delightfully stocked coffee bar. Air hockey anyone? This family room has access to the back yard and is armed with a brand new Air Hockey table, comfortable seating area and a TV. The fifth bedroom is tucked away in a private corner of this downstairs area. It has a King size bed, TV and ceiling fan. This level also has one of three full bathrooms and the fully furnished laundry room.

Head upstairs and you will find the Primary suite featuring a King size bed, TV, ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom. The primary bathroom has dual sinks, a deep jetted tub and a separate shower. There are three other bedrooms upstairs, two with Queen beds and one with a King. All of them have TV's and ceiling fans and share the second full bathroom located upstairs.

Step out back and prepare to have your mind blown with amenities. Nothing has been forgotten in this space. Starting with the completely resurfaced pool. The water is so blue, you will think you are in the Caribbean. The pool features a rock waterfall, a water slide and optional heating for an added fee. Just beyond the pool, you will find a cozy seating area with a firepit for those cool evenings. The outdoor kitchen will be a fan favorite! The culinary artist in your group will love the bar side company while they whip up a delectable meal. When you're not spending your days on the golf course, you can practice your putting and chipping skills on the brand new putting green. Love outdoor games? This place is for you! Ladder Ball, Basketball and Cornhole are all provided. The kids will fall in love with their very own park in the back yard. Saving the best for last, check out the poolside daybed. Imagine yourself napping in the shade after a long hike in the Arizona Desert! The pool can be heated for $60/night.

Sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests ~
All bedrooms are equipped with TV`s and ceiling fans! All of the bedrooms are well furnished with attractive furniture and provide storage space for all of your belongings.

Primary Bedroom (upstairs): King bed, en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, Jetted tub and separate shower.
Bedroom 2 (upstairs): Queen bed, shares the second bathroom with bedrooms 3 and 4. This bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 3 (upstairs): King bed, shares the second bathroom with bedrooms 2 and 4. This bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 4 (upstairs): Queen bed, shares the second bathroom with bedrooms 2 and 3. This bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 5 (downstairs): King bed. Shares the third bathroom with guests. This bathroom has a shower only.

The swimming pool can be heated for $60/day.

Location ~
Conveniently located in Gilbert just off of the 60, this home is close to shopping, hiking, golf and many more attractions. Just 25 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and 15 minutes from Mesa Gateway Airport. The neighborhood is close to restaurants and shopping, as well as a variety of cultural and educational activities. Don't forget to check out the Salt River and our favorite lakes: Canyon and Saguaro.

Parking ~
Parking is limited to three cars, there is one garage spaces available along with two in the driveway. The HOA is very strict and does not allow trailers, commercial vehicles or RV's of any kind. Please no street parking.

Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete our rental agreement and guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

Rental Age ~
Must be at least 28 years old to book.

Noise Policy ~
Red Mountain Rentals enfoces good neighbor policies on all managed properties. Renting homes in a neighborhood/community is a privilege and must be treated as such. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times and respect the rules of the community. All outdoor speakers and TV's must be turned off between the hours of 10PM and 8AM. Violation of this rule will result in removal from the home without refund.

Anyone found to be violating noise ordinances will be subject to an immediate $500 fine.

Pet Policy ~
This is a pet-free home. No pets are permitted under any circumstance.

Smoking Policy ~
This is a non-smoking home. Smoking is prohibited in the entire premesis. No smoking, vaping or using e-cigarettes of any kind are permitted inside or outside of the property under any circumstances. Violating this will result in the guest being fully liable for any damage resulting from it.

Damage Policy ~
Guests are required to purchase a Damage Insurance Policy through Rental Guardian at the time of booking.
Guests will be charged for any and all damage not covered by the Rental Guardian Insurance Policy and/or any damage deductibles for covered items by the Rental Guardian Damage Insurace Policy purchased at the time of reservation.

Reservation Payments ~
50% of the total reservation is due at the time of booking
Payment in full is due and will be automatically charged 30 days from arrival date.

Cancellation Policy ~
Reservations may be cancelled for a full refund up to 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled between 30 and 15 days of arrival will receive a 50% refund. Reservations cancelled at 14 or less days before arrival will not receive a refund. Total reservation payment will be forfeited. Early departure or shortened stay does not warrant a refund.

Security Cameras ~
All of our homes have security cameras installed on the front of the garage, facing the street. These cameras are the property of Red Mountain Rentals. There may be additional security cameras on the front of the property (such as Ring Doorbells or cameras monitoring the side gate enterance) as well that are maintained by the homeowner. Neither the homeowner or Red Mountain Rentals has installed any security cameras in the backyard or inside of the home. Tampering with any security camera may result in removal from the home without refund.
