Experience a quiet beach retreat in our 1 BR, 1 BTH cottage in beautiful Gulfport. This house accommodates 2 guests with a King size bed and potentially 2 smaller children with a queen air mattress. It is perfect for a walk to the beach or spending time downtown dining at some of the finest places the gulf coast has to offer or indulging yourself in sea life at the new aquarium! Cozy get away

Peaceful stay

Our stay was peaceful and relaxing. The beach house is charming and exactly what we needed to rest and relax. The house is set back and private. The inside is charming and well maintained. The location is perfect for going to the beach and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.

So cute!

This property was lovely and it was super conveniently located near the beach! The property owner was super attentive and we didn’t have any issues during our stay. I will say that there is only one physical bed (there’s also a comfortable couch and a blow-up mattress) so if you’re booking for more than 2 people I would keep that in mind! We had a great stay and would definitely book again.

Great location in a quiet area in Gulfport , very close to the prettier beach area. Cottage is an older place but has been maintained nicely. Cleaning crew did a great job. It does have steep stairs to get to the room because it’s built over a two car garage, but rails are there to assist if needed. But overall it’s a great little place & great price for it.

Great place to stay

This property was very clean with all new appliances and cookware and anything you wanted to cook with and it had a Keurig coffee brewer along with coffee for it and also had anything you needed to have in a modern kitchen plus you could look out of a window and see the beach about four blocks away.Jay Merritt the property manager was always available for a question and he always had the right answer.Over all I had a great stay and will be back again .

Wonderful Cozy Cottage By The Beach

My wife and I rented this beautiful cottage for an overnight stay on the beach and it did not disappoint. The cottage was very clean and the property managers were really easy to talk to and work with. I will definitely be recommending this Cottage to my friends and family that are looking for a nice place to stay on the beach.

Location near everything

The property was clean and just as described in the listing. It is located near everything the only thing I recommend is ear plugs if you aren’t use to train noise.

Beautiful little cottage

My husband and I spent a week at the cottage by the sea and fell in love with the little house. The house and property are very clean and well kept. Just a short walk or drive to the beach. The house has everything you need for a nice vacation. There is even a washer and dryer so you can go home with clean laundry. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had while there. Highly recommend staying at the cottage by the sea.

A one service

We rented this property to have a quiet, peaceful stay just the 2 of us and with 10/10 reviews we thought we can’t go wrong with this place. We realized photos can be edited. Landing was dirty full of sand and rocks, the carpeting on stairs was stained. There was a smell within the house that was a combination of mold and cleaning spray. Paint was missing or chipped from every baseboard. Side of fridge has rust..which can be touched up with paint easily. Blinds on windows were broken. The bedroom was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was clean and functional.We addressed these issues with the property management team and they went above and beyond our expectations to improve our stay . We understand things can’t be perfect each time but unsure of why you thought we deserved a 3 star review even though you’ve stated we went above and beyond to meet your expectations. The photos have not been edited whatsoever. The price at this place is cheaper than any decent hotel in the area yet unfortunately some guests come expecting the Hilton $500 a night accommodations. We have been renting this property on multiple platforms since 2019 and we generally receive amazing reviews. But we understand there are situations where we will not meet everyone’s standard.

The neighborhood is very close to the beach and downtown. Many new construction homes are built at the front of the street and its a very quiet area with lovely oak trees.
