The property was located on a very convenient location to walking distance to any attraction and town.The owner was very responsive regarding communication. The property itself was spacious but definitely need some upkeep and perhaps some renovations.

Only downside was it wasn’t very clean. Mold on the shower doors. Broken items laying around but not an inconvenience just not how I expected but still worth it!

This property is in a great location. Easy to walk to local restaurants and in the center of everything. The room is very easy to spend a great weekend in Helen drinking and relaxing with friends.

Perfect!! In a great location and had a blast. It was very clean and the owner was very friendly and responded in a timely manner every time. Will definitely stay here again soon.

Location was great.However the condo needs improvement. The BBQ was rusted out, the Hot tub was murky, and the jets didnt work. The banister railings were damaged, only 4 forks provided, and one of the bedrooms had mold all over the closet ceiling.

The property was neat and clean upon check in. There were several items which resulted in a lower rating on the property. 1. The contact number provided was not reachable when we needed report something or ask questions. 2. Although the WIFI information was correct as listed on the back of the router we were unable to connect to it because we kept getting a "Cannot obtain an IP address". 3. The outdoor grill rack and gas jets were so corroded and rusted the grill was unusable. 4. Dining room tabletop was missing 2 of the 4 screws attaching the top to the legs. Making the tabletop very shaky. 5. The toaster oven did not work properly due to a missing top heating element. 6. No kitchen dish towels or wash cloths so had to use paper towels for everything. 7. Hot tub temperature was only lukewarm and was not able to change it via the unit's menu. 8. Broken shower soap dish in main upstairs bathroom. 9. Used the washer/dryer in the unit but the dry would only get the clothes to a damp condition. It acted like the dryer venting was not working properly. 10. Gas fireplace would sputter and flame would go out and then reignite. I considered this a safety issue. Overall opinion is that I will not reserve this again.
