This centrally located townhouse is perfect for your family or friends. It’s a 5-minute walk from the beach and near restaurants and casinos. With 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, and 8 beds, you’ll have plenty of space to relax and unwind. Amenities include a secured gated community, community POOL, memory foam mattresses, a fully equipped kitchen, and wi-fi connected with Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+.

**This property is located near a railroad, with a train passing through 3 times a day.

* Upstairs Master Bedroom: 1 King bed, 1 Twin over Twin trundle bed, full-size bathroom, 50-inch smart TV, walk-in closet.

*Upstairs 2nd Bedroom: 1 Twin over Full-size bunk bed, 1 Twin over Twin-size bunk bed, en-suite bathroom, smart TV, closet.

*Downstairs Bedroom: 1 Queen bed, smart TV, closet, fenced yard, and patio access.

*Each bedroom includes one bathroom (2 upstairs and 1 downstairs).

Overall the stay was fine
The condo itself was clean and worked out well for our short stay. We were disappointed in the back deck, it had weeds growing through the deck boards and the table was rusted and the top was peeling off, so it was not a usable space. The pool was also green and needed to be shocked. We did not use the pool which was also disappointing. The location was great, the condo was adequate and clean, and other than the back deck and pool, it was worth the couple days we stayed in Gulfport.

Very conveniently located to the Coliseum. Beds were comfortable. Easy way to deal with meals and saved money by eating breakfast and dinner there. Definitely would stay again.

Nice Beach House
We really enjoyed the house and the location. Being right next to the pool, and a block away from the beach was really great. The only downside was the proximity of the train tracks and the frequent trains, especially during the overnight hours.

This property had everything you could possibly need. Location was super close to the beach. Tons of sleeping accommodations and great communication from the hosts. Couldn't ask for anything more! Thanks again!

Great place
The place is just like pictures. The neighbor hood was quiet and this was a great place to stay for our weekend dance competition. We had 4 sets of mom and daughters and we could have fit another Mom/ Daughter in our stay. This is a clean and spacious unit. We were all very pleased. One note, make sure you get email with the gate code. The system glitched and didn’t send ours so we couldn’t get in right away. The property manager was very responsive and got it over to us quickly. It was no biggie but just make sure you check for that email a day or 2 before the trip.

Perfect location!!!!
With the exception of the crazy weather, this was an amazing trip for our Active Duty family! We came in from North of Niagara Falls to visit with our son who is stationed at Keesler and was able to surprise him and the rest of the family with our Coast Guard Academy Cadet! Depending how much longer the kiddo is here, we plan to return! Thanks for the late check out!

Really enjoyed our stay. Perfect location to Everything we needed. beach, pool, grocery, aquarium, mall, children museum, pizza, even waterpark not too far away. It was perfect for us. Just happened we are train enthusiasts so being close to train track and train museum was good to us.

This property was awesome. Lots of room, and very comfortable. Quite neighborhood, only noise was the train that runs behind the property. I would absolutely rent this place again. Owner respond super quick to any questions.

Do You Like Trains?
This unit was very comfortable. Loved having a bathroom for each bedroom. Kitchen was well stocked. The beach was just a short walk. Communication with property manager was excellent! But... nothing prepared us for the trains that passed right behind us. They were so loud and fast they shook the house. The pool was green. The back patio needed a little TLC - I spent 15 minutes clearing the thorny branches that were growing through the deck and fence (using scissors I found in the kitchen). Lastly, the listing mentions a fenced-in yard. The grassy area between the units has a fence in the rear, but it is not fenced-in. That would have been good information to have since we had 2 dogs with us.

Wonderful week!
We thoroughly enjoyed our week here! The condo was very well stocked and met all of our needs! My door code didn’t work initially but Kimmy was wonderful to respond quick and get that fixed. We have no complaints and would definitely stay here again!
