Recently upgraded and beautifully furnished throughout, this spacious and private one-bedroom apartment features an open floor plan with a modern kitchen, dining area, dedicated workspace, walk-out balcony with incredible ocean views, and a living room with 55” Smart TV.

Fully appointed kitchen with appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Bedroom is comfortably furnished with fresh crisp new linens, pillows, bed coverings, and a 55" Smart TV.

There is a queen-sized sleeper sofa available in the living room for guests seeking additional sleeping accommodations.

Shared building amenities include a laundry room on the first floor, arcade, an indoor and outdoor pool, walk-out access to the beach, outdoor grilling area, outdoor showers, onsite parking, and free high-speed WiFi.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
On the first Wednesday and Thursday of each month there is a mandatory pest control visit for all units in the building, and guests are required to allowed entry to the unit in order to complete the service. There are signs posted in the elevators to serve as a reminder. Thank you for your cooperation!

Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of the outdoor amenities. Instructions for access, check-in, check-out, and directions to the home are provided in the house manual on VRBO. Great location

This condo is located in a building that used to be a hotel. Now it seems all or most of the condos are privately owned. You could not ask for a better location. The beach is right there. Any store you could ask for it’s right down the street. We love sitting out on the balcony at night, listening to the ocean and having a cocktail. The outside premises are immaculate. The grass was always cut and maintenance guys were always doing something to tidy up.

Nice stay

The room was very nicely decorated. The staff there was super friendly and helpful. The view is great. Even though in front of the elevator it’s still super quiet. The management was very responsive to any questions. I was a little surprised by the previous low star reviews. It’s a very nice place. Bed is comfortable We’ve rented through VRBO for years and realize that it is not like renting from a hotel. You are not going to get daily maid service. A few extra towels would be nice but just plan on bringing a few extra off your own. No big deal. If you do need to use the washer / dryers at the facility it is very reasonable in price. Pool area is very clean. Beach access is nice. We loved it. Will most likely come back.

Do not rent property!!

Check in was at 4pm we did not get in until around 5:30 because the condo owners do not have any sort of connection with the front desk so the front desk had no idea who comes and goes from this condo MAJOR fire code violation. This was no fault to Atlantic Towers they were so helpful. Second we were not provided clean towels like we were suppose to be every day so we had to pay for the same towels to be washed every single day between pool ocean and daily baths! We are now being charged for small little stains on comforters and we’re not notified until a week after our stay heck those could have been people after us! I’m very disappointed with our stay at the condo and will not be staying here again!
