Beautiful oceanfront condo with everything we needed for a great Kona stay.What we loved:•2BR / 2BA on the 3rd floor with a balcony and ocean view•Cruise ships in the harbor and dolphins spotted from the balcony•Snorkeling right off the rocks below the condo•Two pools and free parking•Washer/dryer, WiFi, beach towels, beach gear, coffee grinder, toaster•About 1–2 miles from downtown Kona — easy access to shops and restaurantsComfort:•No A/C, but ceiling fans in every room and extra fans in the closets•We slept with the sliding doors open and loved the cool ocean breeze and wave soundsGood to know:•Balcony is shared with the neighboring unit, so it’s not fully private•You may occasionally hear others using their balconyOverall, this is a fantastic place to stay if you love being right on the ocean, snorkeling steps away, and relaxing to the sound of the waves. We would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed here one night- be aware there is no AC. The chairs were stained, and the one bed also had a stain. Kitchen was clean, Not a bad a little condo, but it was grossly overpriced.

Oceanfront Bliss – Relaxing & Unforgettable Stay

From the moment we arrived, we felt at home in this beautifully remodeled and impeccably clean retreat. The bright, airy space offered stunning ocean views, and the soothing sound of the waves lulled us to sleep each night. We made great use of the beach gear and appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout. The hosts were incredibly responsive, and their welcome book and recommendations were so helpful. It was the perfect start to our vacation. We truly didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to return!

Great location with a great view

This is a great location with a great view. This is right on the water so you can listen to the ocean all night. House was very clean and well maintained. The house had everything need for our stay plus some extras. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to stay while in Hawaii.

Staycation

It was private and very comfortable for the 4 of us. I got to sleep in the master with my great granddaughter in a very comfortable bed. The pool is heated so teaching my ggkid swim lessons was fun and she did so good. We stayed at the same complex but different unit. It was very nice but we felt more at home here

Great stay right on the ocean! Beautiful views and listening to the ocean crash onto the rocks below was amazing. Convenient to most everything. We walked into town once(about 15 minutes) but otherwise drove to snorkeling spots, farmer's markets, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. All pretty close. The pool on property was comfortable and a nice option if you just wanted to cool off quick. It is warm in the area and while there isn't any AC, there are plenty of fans and the ocean breeze blows through the condo. We enjoyed our time here and would stay again.

Amazing Ocean Views

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property! The location and ocean views cannot be beat. The ocean is so close that it looks like the lanai is sitting just above the crashing waves. We slept so well each evening with the ocean breeze and sounds. The condo itself is beautifully furnished and the kitchen is well stocked with anything you could need. We also loved the comfy beds and walk-in showers. The unit does not have air conditioning however, it does get a great cross breeze with windows and doors open. We are so glad to have found this little gem for our long weekend hop over to the Big Island.

Beautiful views, everything you need

We loved our stay in this unit. Bed were comfy, everything spotlessly clean, and everything we needed was provided. Great communication from the owners. We could have sat on the balcony all day enjoying the beautiful views and the spinner dolphins passing by, except there were so many other amazing things to do nearby like swimming with incredible manta rays. Mahalo for a great holiday.

We had an excellent stay here. The condo is beautiful and had everything we needed. We arrived a bit earlier then check in and were able to utilize the pool whilst waiting for the condo to be ready. The location is perfect and the view of the ocean is incredible. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing property!

This condo was absolutely perfection. The location was ideal, the condo had everything we needed. The view was gorgeous- we enjoyed seeing dolphins and whales. I will miss falling asleep to the sound of the waves at night.

Beautiful place, nicely appointed, perfectly situated for whatever you want to do on the Big Island... head North or South for a day trip? Or just hang out at the salt water pool. The furnishings and decor are lovely. We had a great stay.

Nicely Furnished Condo with Awesome Views of the Ocean

We really enjoyed staying at this condo, especially the great views of the ocean. Nice soothing surf was soothing during the night. The beach supplies were an added bonus as well. Would definetly come back to this place again!

Great choice

Great location. Enjoyed the view and amenities. Bed was comfy. Had forgotten about the stairs, but we managed the luggage and frankly I prefer the open air. Nice big Lanai. Loved the sound of the ocean at night.

Convenient & Quaint

We enjoyed our week on the Big Island. The VRBO was perfectly located - with access to everything quickly. Quaint little area with shopping and dinning down the street. Beautiful view off the balcony with dolphin watching in the mornings. The unit doesn’t have AC, windows and doors are open with fans blowing the entire time. Other than that, the condo had everything we needed and a few things we didn’t know we would need! Great communication, directions and suggestions for activities and dining, etc. Thank you!

A piece of paradise

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was as listed and pictured, if not even better. The view from the balcony is priceless. We started every morning, and ended every day out there. The sound of the waves was therapeutic! We explored the lava rock in front of the condos and found so much marine life to explore. We snorkeled off of the rocks and it was by far the best snorkeling we’ve ever done. It was like swimming in a fully stocked clear tropical aquarium! We had done already snorkeled at Captain Cook but this was way better. We walked into town every morning (just a lil over a mile in)! Ron and Chris were great and and had the condo fully stocked with all the beach toys, kitchen dishes, condiments, etc! The beds were very comfortable and clean!!! We can’t wait to go back!

We had a lovely time in this condo and the location was perfect. The space was amazing with all the extras and the view is top notch. The hosts were attentive to any needs we had. We didn’t have many because of the generous space.

Ocean Gem!

We had a wonderful time at Ron and Chris' gem of a home. The rocky shore is right outside of the lanai and listening to the waves crash against the rocks all night was outstanding and relaxing. The sunsets are unreal and we really enjoyed starting and ending our days on the lanai. The condo is as described in the pictures and listing -- very clean, updated and comfortable with plenty of space for a family of four. The complex was pretty quiet and the kids loved the pool. The condo is located pretty close to shops and restaurants and the hosts did job with sharing their favorite locations. It was our first trip to the big island and we want to come back again!

Epic!!!

After many trips to Maui, finally made it to Kona. Such a wonderful island, full of so much adventure! We loved our Condo on the ocean. What an amazing place to call home for a week! Location was great to go either North to Waikoloa or South to Captain Cook. Condo was stocked with everything we needed with a million dollar view! Lots of cooking and dinning on the lanai. Most Epic experience was the night Manta Ray snorkel. We had 12 Mantas dancing around us.. Such a great experience and a beautiful Condo!
