Akoa Place, cette beauté Kahakai se trouve au sommet de ce luxe communauté fermée avec vue sur la magnifique cÎte de Kailua! 2005 Maison personnalisée construite sur 1. 09 acres, comprend une piscine à débordement qui jouit de la vue de 180 degrés sur l'océan, de hauts plafonds voûtés et plusieurs grands curseurs permettant beaucoup de lumiÚre dans ce plan d'étage ouvert. Carrelage, comptoirs en granit, douches de plain-pied, baignoire à jets, véranda en pierre, barbecue en pierre de lave, douche extérieure, eau chaude solaire, paysagement tropical, murs en pierre de lave, privé, paisible et les vues sont fabuleuses!

Maison de plain-pied, sans escalier, avec grandes chambres et salles de bains, un cul-de-sac et une vie intérieure et extérieure!

Great home and well maintained. Pool is a great resort style pool with clear glass pool screen so kids cant get to it without an adult. Our garndchild is 1 1/2 yo and that was a concern.

This is one of the best rentals we have ever stayed in. The kitchen had everything you could possible need. The rooms were comfortable. Loved having puzzles available. The lanai and pool were well used by our family. We cannot recommend highly enough!!

Three couples shared this home for 11 days. Three bedrooms with separate bathrooms were perfect. The house and property were beautiful. The view, just spectacular. Easy access to everything we wanted to do. It all made for a wonderful vacation.

We enjoyed our stay so much! It far exceeded my expectations. Honestly the photos are great, but wait till you see it in person! The view, the outdoor living & eating space, the pool, the landscaping. The beautiful home inside, the amazing kitchen, the comfortable bedrooms & bathrooms.All kinds of activities, restaurants & stores are easily accessible. Interior slightly dated but plenty of space and the patio makes up for it. Kudos on the kitchen gadgets. Wish you could turn the AC past 74. Would rent again

Family fun and bonding in beautiful setting.

Great stay in Kona

The house is in a great neighborhood in Kailua-Kona. We felt very safe and the house was exactly as described. A few items that would make it better for a long stay: more towels and blankets are needed for 6 people; and we should have the option to heat the pool!!

What a View

Our family had a great stay at this property. The location is great for going places in town, as well as south and north of property. Nice to get away from crowds and sit by the infinity pool. Used the snorkel and beach gear multiple times.

Outstanding

The house was exactly how it is listed on line. Plenty of space for 5 people. Extremely clean and well stocked. But the best part was the outside patio area! We spent every morning and evening outside with the incredible view and pool. It really is amazing! I don’t think we could have wanted for anything more! Highly recommend!

Great Kailua stay!

Beautiful views! The house was very comfortable for 3 adult couples. The kitchen was at the top end of rental kitchens I've experienced. Just a few minutes in the car to things in Kailua. Kona Coast was very professional. We would definitely go back!

Amazing pool and home!

The pool is the highlight- its a great size for the kids to play while the adults sip drinks in the loungers placed in the shallow water! The house is large and well situated for multiple families. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you will need. Enjoy!

Worth it

Not cheap, but you get what you pay for! The house was perfect for our needs. There were a few minor issues, but Kona Coast handled everything quickly and without disrupting our visit. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful accommodations

The property location was great. Great views and a very comfortable house for our families one week stay. Our grandson surely made use of the pool. Spacious for the three generations to have space when needed. They could use a better cleaning company though. But nothing a little sweeping and vacuuming couldn’t take care of. Overall I would definitely lease this property again.

Relaxing and amazing view

We were very pleased with everything this house offered. Clean, quiet and very easy to relax. Only access with codes, we felt safe. There were plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and beach/ pool towels. Kitchen had every utensil and appliance you would need. Overall we were very impressed.
