This three-bedroom, two-bathroom home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, which makes it a nice hideaway within walking distance or a short drive of all that Port Orange / Daytona Beach has to offer. Upon entry, you'll have a bright interior and a cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living area. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, streaming your favorite movies on the large TV, or serving breakfast on the patio. Prepare meals and snacks in the modern kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances and a formal expandable dining table. Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms ensure that everyone will receive a restful night's sleep from the day's adventures. Close to Daytona International Airport (15 min.) and Orlando Airports (75 min) for close-by travel. Our place is nicely situated to access the Beach (15 min), Daytona Speedway (15 min), Orlando Parks (75-90 min), and Cape Canaveral Space Center (1 hour). We have several local restaurant options within a 5–10-minute walk and more via short 5-minute car ride. Groceries, Wal-Mart, Target, Publix, are also a short 5-minute drive away. We provide beach towels, some sand toys, and a wagon to make your beach time fun and easier. Plus, to ensure your entertainment needs are met, we offer streaming services, and for your convenience, there's free parking for 4 vehicles in the driveway.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles in the driveway and street parking, too. We can accommodate large trailers for our motorcycle and race enthusiasts, who love our location and the ability to park their bikes inside our garage.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. A parent or legal guardian must accompany guests under 25 for the reservation duration.
