We hit a few bumps upon arrival with the key code but thankfully, we were able to clear that up within 20 minutes or so. The condo was beautiful! The location was perfect. The instructions for everything were on the fridge. Our family really enjoyed our time and we would love to come back.

Wonderful beach view! Spacious condo with good floor plan. Overall unit had several specific maintenance items needing attention, but notified mgmt co and they were prompt with their reply! All bed Mattresses are soft for those who prefer that. Convenient to beach... but a further walk to center of town for restaurants.Parking was assigned and beneath building with elevator for easy access and loading.

Very central to all things fun at Folly. Hardwoods were lovely and clean, nice decor. Hard to find front door, but the view of the ocean is exceptional and balcony is spacious. Easy beach access and nice to have parking off of Ashley. 3 bedrooms with 3 full baths were nice.

So glad the location, ocean views, and spacious balcony delivered! Good note on the front door and we will look into better signage to make it easier to find. The hardwoods, three full baths, and parking off Ashley are definitely some of our favorite features. Hope y'all make it back to Folly soon!

We just needed a short getaway from our busy schedules. Our stay here was outstanding! We got in really late and check-in was a breeze. The staff was very responsive to any minor items and the view was amazing! This location is just steps from the beach, as described, and soooo peaceful. We would definitely stay here again.

It is a corner unit with the ocean view being more toward the right as there is a utility pole right in front of patio. The parking area under cover is a joke. Very small with poles along one side and wall on the other making it almost impossible to open doors. We had to park in provided parking lot out side of unit. It was paved. An elevator is provided, which is nice. On approach to the unit, there is a front porch which is nice. The woven chairs placed there were well used and had holes in them. The inside unit was very clean and well decorated with comfortable furniture. The ocean view had nice chairs with view as described above. It was nice to sit outside with the nice breeze and a right view if the ocean. The shower in one of the baths had, the controls off, but it had nice hot water. Although it was nice to have an oceanfront place to stay, I felt like for the price I would have expected more. There aren't any pictures of the parking and the pole and hotel to the left are cut out of the picture view.

We loved our stay and the location on the beach is perfect! An easy walk to the main strip, and incredible beach access. The balcony was perfect for family games and meals, and you cannot beat the view.

I loved the property and would stay again if in the area. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants therefore never made a meal. Just steps to the beach and once on the beach then you can see the pier. Sunrise on the beach with the pier was spectacular! Make sure you hit Burts for provisions. Loggerheads put our basketball game on and is two blocks away. Great spot to stay and great communication with the property managers.

The location and size of the apartment was good. Very poor attention to detail by the owner - dust in several areas, no coffee filters or salt and pepper; master bed mattress was old and lumpy, cheap old pillows and the bed creaked. Only gave us 2 towels per person for 3 days and left old towels in the hamper from prior guest.

Overall, we had a great stay. It was very spacious and comfortable. Large rooms and large hallways made hanging out there feel less confined.Not leaving a five star because you have to pull sheets off of beds. These type of things should be part of the cleaning that they already included the price. Also had glass and ceramic decorations in the living room with some of them broken when we arrived, I’m assuming from prior guests. I could see this as a hazard with families with children.

Great views of the dunes and beach, and a quick walk to the beach as well. Quick and easy to walk back to the condo from the beach to grab snacks, bathroom breaks, etc. while the rest of the gang stayed at the beach - could even see them on the beach from the condo! Condo itself was a great fit for our family, and the elevator was handy with hauling our luggage. We’d happily stay here again.

Perfect location

This condo is a perfect spot on Folly—park your car and then just walk every where! The beach is right across the street. It’s clean and comfortable and for us, it was perfect. Highly recommend!

Great location and plenty of room, but decor and furniture was quite dated. The floor had not been swept or mopped and we ended up with very dirty feet just from being inside the condo. One bedroom had a broken window blind and one had a Walmart paper bag taped over it. The biggest disappointment was that the deck chairs' seats were busted through, making them unusable. We contacted leasing company but they were unable to replace while we there. We were very disappointed in this because the reason we chose this property was because of the view. Sadly, there was nowhere to sit to enjoy it. It is truly steps from the beach and walkable to everything.

Great time at Folly

Great location to restaurants - we could see the beach out the back deck, but could also walk to all of our favorite spots! The unit was pretty clean. There were some loud nightly parties while we were there which made it less than desirable for sleeping one evening. Other than that, no complaints.

Check in was easy. Sitting on the porch was lovely. VIew to the beach was wonderful. Access to the beach very easy and short. The things that were not great could be easily fixed by owner: The kitchen was not well equipped - knives were dull, not a full set of measuring cups, no salt or pepper, no washcloths were provided with linens. Not friendly to people flying in and can't bring their own stuff.
