Life is better at the lake! This is the place you’ve been looking for to make great memories with family and friends. This property sits on almost one acre and boasts 125 feet of frontage on Otsego Lake. This location checks all the boxes for outdoor fun!

This property has everything that you need for "up North" fun. Some notable amenities include:

Wonderful family getaway

My extended family (8 adults, 8yo, 5yo, 22months, 10months) and I had a great time here! The kids loved fishing off the dock and swimming in the lake! Everything was as advertised!

Very convenient amenities. Lot’s of things to do, great choice of games. The yard was very spacious, fire pit was great for cooking Hobo-pies. The dock was great for docking the pontoon we rented. The house was spacious enough for all of us to hang out and be comfortable. The greatest thing was that we could just stay at the house the whole time. We brought groceries, cooked our meals and just had a great family time.

The photos were deceiving, there are small cottages all around you. A truck that starts at 530 am very loud right next door. The photos looked like you were secluded which is what we wanted.

Great Location and Great Host

Property and home was beautiful! The lake was also stunning. The host was very responsive to messages and very kind. Location is very close to stores so not hard to grab things you need. Great bars and restaurants nearby as well. Would definitely recommend!

We rented this space to gather as a family. I am not sure where to start as this property is everting we hoped for and more! I have been searching years to find the perfect location. The search is over!!!! Everything was as described. Kitchen has evening you would want! Adequate number of towels, kayaks and paddle boards, fire pit and a big hit was the zip line and hammocks! We have already decided this is our annual destination! Owner was super kind, responsive and accommodating!

Perfect family getaway

Property was exactly as described. Perfect location on the lake. Dock access and gradual water access made it a breeze to play just off shore or boat with easy. Our host responded right away when we had questions. Property was clean and felt like home away from home. We couldn’t have had a better experience here.

Room for the whole family at this relaxing beach home

Beautiful home. Loved the beachy decor. Very clean. Comfortable beds with good linens. Well-stocked kitchen. We cooked every meal there as we did not want to leave. Even had serving dishes. Quiet and relaxing yard/deck/beach with beach/lake toys free to use. Our family had a great time and we hope to be back!

Beautiful lake house

Our group enjoyed this beautiful lake home for a long weekend. We were a group of 3 families including 6 teenagers. The layout of the house was perfect for us with the 2nd floor bedrooms holding all the kids and one couple. The main bedroom on the 1st floor was spacious with an extra sitting area. The yard is huge with lots of water frontage and a nice dock for our pontoon. We enjoyed our coffee in the morning sun each day on the back deck. The house was very clean, check in and out instructions were easy to follow and owner communication was great. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was the perfect location for our 10th women’s weekend. If we had better weather, it would have been our best house yet.
