Le salon dispose d'une télévision à écran plat et d'un confortable canapé en cuir, idéal pour se détendre et profiter d'un moment de calme. La cuisine dispose de tous les appareils nécessaires. Une salle à manger formelle magnifiquement aménagée rendra le divertissement un jeu d'enfant.

Lovely home and location

We really enjoyed our stay here. Home was clean and well maintained - even after dealing with hurricane a few months prior. There were a few minor issues, but management company was very courteous and prompt in addressing these. Would recommend to anyone.

January in Cape Coral

We really enjoyed our 2 week stay. The layout of the house is perfect for our group. The property is well maintained and clean. Pool was very nice and heated well for January. Management was responsive and very amenable in extending a couple of days due to some medical issues.Location is great. Short walk to the Tiki Hut or Culvers. Nice quiet neighbourhood.We rented a boat. 5 minute drive to the river.I would recommend this to anyone.

Vacay everyday

The patio furniture needs a huge update. Airpumps didn't work to blow up pool toys or to fill bike tires. No laundry soap. Master bed felt like I was falling into a sinkhole. I prefer communication through the VRBO but they sent emails. Great location for walking.

Florida Retreat

The property was great. Very clean and well laid out. They went above with the items they left for us to use. A beautiful swimming . We had a couple suggestions we shared with the property manager but by no means to be considered a complaint. Coming from Canada this has been a real break from the damp and cold. Would definitely go again

Wonderful House and Location

This was my second time staying at Casa Willshire, and it did not disappoint. The outdoor area (lanai, eating area, and pool) was beautiful and relaxing. The inside of the house was spacious, and everyone had their own space. There were bicycles in the garage which I would have loved to use but we ran out of time! Location was amazing. Yacht club and pier is 2 miles away, a gorgeous run or walk, and my sister's house was just a 10-minute walk. Can't wait to go back.

A Comfortable, Well-equipped house

My husband and I vacationed at the Willshire house in Cape Coral for the first time. We found the home even nicer than the online pictures. We enjoyed the kayak and the bicycles. The property manager was very helpful and accessible. She checked in after we were settled to make sure everything was to our liking. The nearby beach and yacht club were an added treat. There were several very nice restaurants nearby to choose from. The weather was simply gorgeous and a much needed respite from the snow in Connecticut. The only disappointment was the traffic once we got outside our immediate neighborhood.

Loved the location and the pool area

This property was in a PERFECT location to get to anywhere in the Cape Coral area. Talked to AK next door and hired him and his pontoon boat for a 4-hour cruise at $100 an hour. LOVED IT! He knew the area well and stopped for lunch at a cute outside restaurant. We saw Dolphins in three separate locations and stopped for a swim. AK was very informative on different areas on the water. We came in a day early and were able to call and make arraignments to check in one day early. We called and requested a small fan for the bathroom and they brought one over the very next morning. The only downside about this house is the extra bill on the electricity. We've stayed at 6 VRBO homes and never had to pay for electricity. They gave you $50 towards your bill but, when we checked out, we still owed a bill of $108. 00 on our 2 weeks stay. I think we paid extra because the pool pump NEVER seemed to shut off. It ran the whole-time day and night. We even used the pool cover at nighttime to keep the pool at a good temperature. I was always going around and turning the lights off. They did welcome our two small dogs and my husband hooked up a dog run from the screen porch to a tree out back. This worked perfectly for letting the dogs out at night. This is a very quiet neighborhood which was perfect for us. We truly enjoyed our time in Cape Coral. I moved the glass jar Lemon Tree out of the pool area. I was terrified that someone would bump into it. Thank you. John and Diane

Only check in on a Tuesday

The location of this house was nice to visit Sanibel Island and Naples. However the pool was very dirty when we checked in on Saturday and was told that it would not be cleaned until Tuesday. The dumpster was full of trash from the people that stayed the week before. We were told to set it out on Monday. I think if they booked Tuesday to Tuesday then you wouldn’t have to worry about these things. You are given a small allotted price for the electricity for the week. We were very conservative and still owed money. We had planned on renting a boat but the owners have a boat in the dock spot (that you can’t use) and there’s no place to park a boat if you want to rent one. You also have to schedule a check in and check out time which was inconvenient. Someone comes to the property to read the meter during this time and have you sign paperwork. I also would not plan on doing any grilling, there was no propane in the tank and they said we would have to get some ourselves. There was a fee if you do not clean the grill properly after use. We had an issue with the air conditioner and the property manager was hard to get a hold of at first. We made the best of the week but we will not be returning. On a side note the next-door neighbor RK is awesome and he does boat tours on his own private boat. His tour really made our trip memorable.

Good place for family!

Good location. Quiet neighbors. House was cleaned minus vacuum of living room floors and couch. We ended up cleaning up previous tenants hair and debris. Property manager communication was quick, apologized and refunded our cleaning fee since we had to clean. Pool cleaning contractor shows up at odd hours through out the day, one morning at 0730 I woke to somebody cleaning the pool. Yard workers come by once to twice a week.

Many good things but not great beds

This house is roomy and has the basic needs, but this is not a luxurious property. Don’t get me wrong, they’ve not misrepresented it at all. I was just expecting more for the nearly 5 stars reviews. When we walked in the house, the front door handle fell off in my hand. The beds (mattresses) are so old and broken in that you can see the dip with all the bedding and comforter on them. The towels are clean, but scratchy and old. The kitchen dishes are outdated. Several glasses had chips. The inside edge of the pool had some black stains. It was all very functional and usable, just not luxurious. Also, the air conditioner cannot really keep up with the hot summer days, and there are no fans in the main rooms of the house. The overhead fan in the master wobbles and makes noise all night, but you can’t turn it off because it’s 77 degrees in there. (We had some very hot days.) There are no bathroom fans either, so bring some air freshener. I believe this is a good house, and with new mattresses, towels, some fans, a pool scrub down, and an upgrade to the kitchen supplies, it could be great.

Cape coral was a fantastic surprise

Ya know the only thing is nobody's bed is as comfortable as the one at home. I can only say what a wonderful time we had! The managers are fantastic and very responsive!

Great family vacation home

My Family of 3 stayed for 2 weeks over the holiday season and absolutely loved the house and the location!! House is very clean, well maintained and decorated nicely. The location of the house is excellent for being able to walk to many different restaurant and shopping areas but off the beaten path far enough to not have to deal with congestion. The neighbors on both sides are super friendly and made the stay even more enjoyable with suggestions on things to do. Our only negative of the place would be the pier situation. The owners of the home have their boat on the lift and there is no way to get another boat tied up the pier or even the seawall as there are rocks in front of the seawall. We rented a boat for a week and had to make other arrangements to have access to the boat at our leasure.

Wonderful experience!

Great place to stay. Has two bicycles, a kayak, was clean, and the rental company is very responsive. Great area. Nice pool. Only 25 minutes from Sanabel. Be mindful of using too much electricity, as we wound up using way more than the allowance.

Great Little Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at the Villa. Everything that we needed was there. The rental company even comes to the house to check you in and make certain everything is ok and then they come back to check you out and go over everything as well. The coffee maker was not working and they replaced it the very next day. The ocean beaches are about 20-60 minutes away depending so we had fun just beach hopping and Anneli suggested Lover Key and it was absolutely beautiful and our favorite.

Holiday Feeling

Holiday-Feeling has begun from the moment we arrived the Villa "Willshire". The Palm-Trees and the house color in Mediterranean style look very nice. The interior is very exclusive, the kitchen fulfills every wish and the pool deck is wonderful. As passionate boaters we enjoyed the possibility to use the private dock and the like-the-wind access to the Gulf of Mexico. The comfortable beds and the high-class bathrooms bring everything down to a round figure. Also excellent was the service and the contact to the owner. We will definitely be in this house again next year! We give five out of five stars!
