Sanibel Escape- Gorgeous gateway to the beach & shelling

This 1850 sq. foot, two-bedroom two bath home, is conveniently located between Periwinkle and Middle Gulf Drive, providing easy access on & off the island. The nearest entrance to the beach is on Donax and is known for its superb shelling, is a short five-minute walk away. A fully equipped modern kitchen has an attached dining nook, overlooking a tropical landscape. The family room features a comfortable queen-sized sleeper sofa, and the large spare bedroom has two twin beds. The master suite features a large two-person jacuzzi tub and a separate walk-in shower. The attached walk-through closet brings you to the master bedroom. Here, you’ll find the queen-sized platform bed and French doors, opening to a large wrap around porch. The porch features a spiral staircase leading up to the private rooftop sundeck with a southern exposure.

Large wrap-around porch with rockers, and 3-person swing, and an eating area in the back portion of the porch.
Five bikes to ride the islands extensive bike trails.
Beach chairs, beach tent, an air compressor for your floats and a beach cart.

Wall mounted hairdryers in both bathrooms
TVs in both bedrooms and the living room, streaming Prime, Hulu, and Roku with YouTube TV for local channels. Also, a CD player provided.

Nancy and Dave are friendly, quality hosts; they are beautiful and their home is beautiful. Their home was spotless, bright and cheery; even better than what the pictures display. They graciously allowed to host us with our puppers, which made for family fun and easy access to the beach for family walks. The beach is a close walk down Donax and the beach chairs, wagon, etc. that they provided, really made it convenient for us to carry our gear. Our stay at Sanibel Escape was incredibly peaceful, relaxing and rejuvenating. I highly recommend Nancy and Dave's Sanibel Escape for a stunning and tranquil respite that shines! Thank you again Nancy and Dave, Analicia and Steven

Sanibel Island is a truly special place, and this house fits it perfectly. It's charming, comfortable, and just a short walk to the beach. The home is thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing stay. Nancy and Dave are wonderful hosts—friendly, welcoming, and a pleasure to work with. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again.
