Winter Special Rates- 2BD Pet Friendly Overlooking Pool

New Listing! We want to welcome you to our beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath condo located at the highly desired Waipani complex in North Myrtle Beach. Just 5 blocks over from main street, we are within walking distance to all the attractions that main street offers. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. We cant wait to have you!

Located just a few blocks south of Main Street, it is convenient to the best shopping, restaurants, and parks North Myrtle Beach has to offer! We are honored to be able to have you stay in our cheerful, bright condo filled with natural light from generous casement windows and sliding glass doors.

Special part of our condo, is that its pet friendly. This maybe the only condo association that allows pets! So make sure to bring your entire furry family as well.

Large living room, with huge flat screen tv, we also have a sleeper sofa for you to use if needed! Custom butcher block kitchen countertops, fully stocked kitchen for preparing any type of meal you would like.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a fully updated attached bathroom.

The guest bedroom is beachy and comfortable. We have a queen bed with a twin bunk bed above it. We have a fully updated full bath complete with tile shower for you to use.

Our laundry room has a full washer and dryer and it doubles as a storage/utility room for additional space.

We provide all linen but beach towels, a starter set up of paper products will be set up waiting for you at your arrival, along with your beds freshly made!

The stay would have been almost perfect if it weren’t for a broken hot water heater. It was a 4 day stay and there was no hot water for 2 1/2 of those days. It was cool and rainy. It would have been nice to be able to take a hot shower. All was fine once it was finally repaired.

Overall a nice place to stay. My daughter and i absolutely loved the pool and proximity to the beach. I wish I would’ve known we would be on the third floor for my mother’s sake. It did have all of the necessities needed for breakfast (pots, pans, dishes, toaster, even syrup). The parking lot is weird and very confusing for Instacart/doordashers as well which isn’t a dealbreaker it’s just helpful to know.

Great Location

The property was nice and cozy and convenient to restaurants and bars with beach access directly across the street. It is walkable to shops and restaurants. The only drawback is the parking lot is very very tight and one way. If you have a large vehicle it is difficult to maneuver.Unfortunately, during our stay they removed all the siding off the building and replaced it. It was extremely loud and disruptive. The beating on the walls was so extreme it even knocked pictures off the walls. The rental company was not aware of this maintenance ahead of time, therefore we were not informed. It was a major disruption for us but should not be a problem going forward with rentals. I understand they wanted to get this completed before high season.

I don’t know if they clean the unit before we got there. Upon our arrival there was dead bugs in the unit. I had to clean up before my mom could come in the unit. When the air conditioning is off, it has a very loud odor when the air is on it mask the smell. Also the WiFi stayed going out we had to call maintenance. On the balcony there’s a bird nest and the screen where not secured.

Great place!

The property was clean and just as described. Very comfy & roomy. Everything worked perfectly and only a very short walk to the beach! Would definitely book again.

Our stay at Waipani

Great proximity to Main Street restaurants and bars, across the road and down a walkway to beach, and pool was just the right size and easily seen from patio. Linens were provided so we only took beach towels. Grounds were beautiful and we enjoyed walking them. Would definitely book again!

Cute Condo

I loved the condo. It was so cute and the beds were SO COMFORTABLE! It was just a short 1-2 min walk to the beach. Kitchen had everything you would need to make meals for your family. Washer and dryer came in handy! The only issue would be that I didn’t realize the condo was up a flight of stairs and it was not an issue for us, but if you do not climb stairs well, it could be.
