When you stay at Pink on the Brink, you are welcomed with a warm and bright feel. The villa has been landscaped with vibrant tropical plants & bushes that give much enjoyment to the local birds & butterflies. Once in the villa you will be greeted with the cool Caribbean breezes & are immediately taken away by the open floor concept that has an ever-changing color pallet backdrop of the beautiful colorful Caribbean Sea.

Pink on the Brink has four identical on suite bedrooms with full bathroom & private patio. Air conditioning in bedrooms only.
The fully equipped kitchen, wet bar, outdoor grill & outdoor dining area will allow for pure enjoyment as you sit poolside in the refreshing infinity pool. Please let's not forget the outdoor shower, it is private and whether it is to start the day, rinse off the day or just because its and OUTDOOR SHOWER!!

Located on the East End of the island. You are only a short walk (5-10 minute) to some of St Croix's most beautiful sandy beaches & tasty restaurants. With only a 20- minute drive to historic downtown Christiansted, where you can spend the day shopping or a fun night out dining at some of St Croix's other amazing restaurants.

We had an absolute blast staying at Pink on the Brink! Olivia met us at the house upon arrival and showed us all the fabulous amenities and gave several recommendations for food and activities which were all great. The house was very clean, well maintained and stocked! Non-perishables, all the spices you need, bottled water and even drink mixers, liquor and frozen items left from prior guests. We had a mixup with our car rental so this was clutch until we could get to the grocery store. The outdoor restaurant at the small hotel next store was a couple minute walk from the house with delicious food and some cute local kitties provided great entertainment for my kiddos. The views from the pool and balcony are even better than the pictures showed. Everyone had large rooms, balconies and large bathrooms which gave lots of privacy. The host has everything you could need for the beach/pool and the beds were really comfortable. We loved reading the history of the house and all the guest entries from the decades this home has been shared with guests. Thank you for a perfect break from the winter weather!

Olivia the host was great and very responsive when we had question. The place is amazing and the view is phenomenal. The house has everything for a family. Our trip was four couples, and it worked perfectly. Relaxing by the pool or enjoying the ocean view (which is right there)I highly recommend Pink on the Brink. Make it your choice when vacation to St. Croix!

Beautiful Vacation Property

What a fantastic rental! We loved this very well appointed villa. The breezes were wonderful and being lulled asleep by waves was magical. The pool was perfect! I only wish there had been beach access as noted in the listing. Dealing with Debbie, the property manager, was awesome. She was very friendly and professional. We would love to come back!!

Pink on the Brink for the WIN!

Wonderful location, safe and sound tucked back off the main road. Wonderfully appointed, just wish there was more than one floor fan. Debbie, house manager, was great, always quick to respond with all my questions. We travelled with our 10 year old, 20 year old, my bestie (30ish) and my husband and I (40ish). Watched the sun rise on the left, and set on the right. Rented a Jeep and toured the island (Seaside is good, just be prepared to wait for the tasty sammies). Would go back in a heartbeat!

Loved everything about this property! Provided all basic things such as pool towels, coolers, spices and more! Had games and we loved playing Scattegories at night before bed. Loved the location and the hotel right next door for pizza and sushi. Overall great for a family of 6!

See above. Great spot directly above the sea. Very quiet area. Constant sounds of the sea. Well stocked with everything needed to "live" there.

Fabulous Caribbean Home!

Views and pool beautiful - don’t miss the night sky! The four en-suite bedrooms were good size and bathrooms with big showers. Kitchen well-stocked, large ice maker was great for 8 people. One bedroom had some ants but responsive property manager took care of getting exterminator out. She was readily available for questions and was appreciated by all. Very handy to go to restaurant at resort next door for a couple of meals - a short walk away. Only issue was it was an extremely windy time but thankfully the side patio was protected and there was room for all. Loved our time there!

20 Year Anniversary

Nice property, nice pool, four large bedrooms with onsuite. Would have liked to have the following...opened all windows upon our arrival as it was very humid. Add a wireless speaker so we could play music. Need a better toaster. Need more floor fans. Our host Debbie was exceptional.

Fall Break

The house was AMAZING, and the entire process was great!! We enjoyed our vacation on the island too. Snorkel cruise, Zipline and Horseback riding for entertainment. Property manager gave so many great suggestions for food too.... The Landing, The Mermaid, Rhythm definitely favorites. Hotel next to Pink on Brink perfect for the last night delicious... Thank you for letting us enjoy your home.

Scott Family Vacay at Pink on the Brink!

Everything about our stay was amazing, including tropical storm Ernesto for an exciting evening! Sara and Debbie were beyond great hosts, and the home was everything that was promised, not issues at all. There is also alot of very interesting family history to the home, with picture albums to show. We had a great trip and would recommend this home 100%!!

Pink on the Brink of paradise

Overall loved the location and the house. Well stocked, had a minor snafu checking in because our flight arrived early. Don’t arrive before 4:00. Had issues with one AC unit but got it working and they would have sent someone out if needed. Great location, beautiful view but hopefully you are an early bird because the sun is up at 5:30 with all east facing bedrooms.

Excellent Property

The pictures are beautiful but they just don't do justice to the actual view you get as you first walk into the house. Falling asleep to the sound of the sea is excellent too. We also enjoyed the local wildlife, a couple iguanas hung by the pool most of the week. The house just has the perfect island vibe, and we definitely recommend listening to the book of recommendations.

Incredible Villa

This is a beautiful villa right on the water on the somewhat secluded South East side of the island. It was somehow even better than the photos. Beautiful views from every room. Nice spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. It is really nice that all the bedrooms are the same size, which makes it great for multiple couples. The view of the sunrise while laying in bed listening to the waves just outside is truly amazing. Most every widow has screened louvers that open for great airflow throughout the house. The patio on the west side of the house is protected from both the sun and the wind if it gets a little too breezy outside. We spent a lot of time there. The pool gets enough sun to be warm enough to enjoy even in January. Well equipped and well maintained. Communication with the property manager was prompt, helpful, and friendly. We hope to return again next year.

My family and I loved the house as it was spacious and very cute. It was very easy communication between us and the property manager from the start to the end of our trip. The house was located right along the water with great views. We enjoyed our stay here!!

Pinkies Up

Our family vacation to St. Croix was magical in large part due to this beautiful property. Pink on the Brink is the most well stocked rental we've had thus far. Situated in a more secluded part of the island, with views from multiple directions, the property was the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of our lives on the main land. Sara, the property manager was very helpful, and communicative. The property is well maintained with a rich history, and includes fun for the whole family. We will truly miss the property and will be back again someday.

Great getaway!

This property did not disappoint. The space was excellent for a group to get together but have personal space too. We were impressed with how stocked the house was with sunscreen, towels etc. However we did notice that the kitchen cupboards were quite dirty but the property was clean.

Beautiful Island Vacation!

The house was beautiful with an amazing view. We loved every minute on the island. We were a family of 6 with one child (6yrs old). We loved that the bed rooms had AC and their own balcony’s. The kitchen was great and stocked with everything you need (utensils/equipment/basic spices). The pool was awesome and the house was stocked with a good amount of floaties (we also left a few behind). Just a few minor comments on the house: the ice maker and pool light didn’t work and communication from the property manager was not the best. The beach is a very short walk down the hill from the house but the beach is very rocky. Hopefully the rockyness will improve at the resort next door progresses (it has been closed for a long time but is being renovated). Comments on the Island: rainbow beach and Rhythm's is a must! Great beach, great snorkeling, and the food at Rhythm's was amazing. A fancy dinner at Savant is a MUST! Hands down, the most delicious meal of the week and the staff were incredible. We also had a great meal at Blue Water Terrace and it was a short drive from the house. Horseback riding with Cruzan Cowgirls was awesome, the guides were super knowledgeable and friendly. The Bio Bay kayaking was also awesome, highly recommend Ty with the Bush Tribe. Great guy, super knowledgeable, and great with our 6 year old. Skip the beer drinking pigs at the Domino Club, the food was ok and it was extremely overpriced. Polly’s at the pier was a great little cafe in Fredricksted. Definitely plan time at the Christiansted pier/boardwalk, the drive from the house wasn’t too long, and there’s lots of food and shopping options. One last thing, stay left when driving! :)

Girls Trip 2021

The house was gorgeous! The views were spectacular! The Resort next door is open for lunch and drinks at the outdoor bar overlooking the ocean on the beach! We had to walk down a little trail to access beach. We enjoyed the pool everyday and evening! It’s fully stocked with everything you would need to enjoy cooking, pool, beach! The Air condition in the rooms was a big plus! The main house we opened the windows and doors front and back to enjoy the nice cool breeze! The owner was very helpful and communicated great! We rented a Jeep and it was definitely needed to all the areas we traveled! The grocery stores and restaurants are anywhere from 7-20 mins away! We went to Duggans Reef the lobster was amazing! We went to local casino and won $400. We did the Buck Island snorkeling tour highly recommended. Boardwalk for some shopping and vodka tasting and we ate at Shupes. We went to the Captain Morgan’s Rum tour that was fun! The sounds of the ocean and watching the waves come in were breathtaking! We discovered 3 different beaches along the way. Pink on the Brink is definitely a Beauty! We will definitely be back!

Incredible Week in a great house!

This property is perfect for larger families. Beautiful house with lots of room to spread out and get a little alone time, but great common areas to come together for meals, games, and socializing. The pictures of the pool do not do it justice. It's a 20 min drive from town and most activities, but we liked the seclusion and quiet. The semi-private beach is fantastic as well. And the owner's are very supportive and responsive. Would come back here in a heartbeat!

Grapetree Stay

Beautiful view and great location on the island, very private and lots of space, only downside is from the pics shown it appears you are right on the ocean, however you cannot access the ocean from the home, so we had to drive about 10 minutes to access the ocean.
