Bien sans plus

TrĂšs bien situĂ© prĂšs de Sanibel et de Fort Myers Beach, et prĂšs des Ă©piceries et restaurants. RĂ©ponses rapides d’Andrew notre hĂŽte pour les enjeux lorsque demandĂ©s. Par contre deux chiens des voisins ont jappĂ© de jour et de nuit durant toute la durĂ©e de notre sĂ©jour, ce qui fut trĂšs dĂ©sagrĂ©able.

When we arrived in town from flying from Michigan, we got no check-in instructions. I sent a text message with no response so I called the owner and he sent me the wrong properties checking in information including the code to the door. I let him know the property that we reserved and he notified us that they can no longer post us because of a “clog of the toilet”. We would have never known if I didn’t call him first. Thankfully, my sister lives in West Palm so our trip from Michigan was not ruined.

Unexpected visitors.

During our first nights stay we woke up to pounding on the front door of the property. By the time we got to the front room we were greeted by a group of people already inside the house claiming they had rented the house for 10 days. We were very confused ahd tried calling

Father’s Day weekend

We have a son at FGCU and we wanted to get to the coast, this location was great to easily access both. Communication with the host was easy, and the house was well updated and clean. It was a great weekend!

Ok place. Awful neighborhood

Pet friendly? Not fenced in all the way. Neighbors dogs and rooster were not fenced and running free. No fence to keep pets safe. Safety issues with an outlet sparking. Was simply told to not use the outlet and to move the lamp where the outlet was. No instructions on any kind of setup, expectations etc. rooms and especially bathrooms are extremely small. A sprinkler system hits the house at an extremely loud sound every morning. Had to contact the host for Checkin code when I got there. No contact before. Neighborhood is sketchy. I would not recommend this property.

Very new and clean for older property

Our stay was great no problems. For the most part. Ice machine on refrigerator was not working but owner addressed this immediately. Only other thing was that the kitchen could have used a few more cook ware items and utensils. Bathrooms are smaller but worked for our stay. Very happy and will consider staying again

COCKROACHES in this property

Dreadful experience when staying at this place that I would strongly suggest avoiding. Full of COCKROACHES on the floor in the evening. Very dirty place (cookies under the bed and under the couch). The water was cut for œ day due to non-payment of the utility bill by the owner/host. The neighborhood is quite dirty and unsecure. The host is extremely unfriendly and rude. Considering this very bad experience we have left 5 days before the end of the lease and VRBO has been unwilling to help on this matter.

Very nice home and property

We had an amazing stay at this home. It felt like home pulling into a well manicured property. Lawn edged, grass and shrubs kept to perfection. We had the upstairs unit, three beds, two baths. Everything we needed for anice stay. Everything was neat and clean and in good working order. New appliances and W/D conveniently located in master. Bed was comfortable. We were close to major roads, but could hear no road noise. Neighbors very friendly! Perfect stay.

Sanibel Adventure

We love Sanibel. Went there first time this time last year, then Ian hit. Your location was in the area we stayed last year but so much nicer. Spacious laundry and beach theme. Felt at home.

So so

Not trying to be negative, but wanted others aware and note some areas the owner can improve upon. Pros: -Clean and comfortable -Nice sized place Challenges: -Had to call to get check-in information -Challenges entering the property (wrong code) -First bed down hallway has a very uncomfortable plastic-like mattress cover -Hardly any kitchen utensils / lack of glassware -No ice in the freezer or even ice trays to make ice -2 towels in the entire home / we had four people -Shower / tub water fixture in the back has a temperature setting issue. Too hot or too cold. -Window in the first bedroom down hallway won’t close all the way -TV relies on Roku streaming / constantly freezes (I’m assuming due to internet bandwidth) -Neighborhood is very questionable. I was worried my car would get broken into. Owner has cameras and security lighting around the property. -No follow up to ask how our stay was so posting here.

This is a great property! It’s location was central to everything we visited and wanted to see. The accomadations left nothing to want or need! Our stay was a great experience and we look forward to coming back again staying there again!
