Quaint Stream Side Garden Flat

This "garden flat" is a newly renovated basement of our cottage. It can be rented with cottage or separately. It has a separate entry way then our main cottage rental. Its complete with a lovely bedroom (Queen bed), bathroom, coffee nook (mini fridge and microwave too), comfy couch and HUGE TV. Its on the edge of a valley next to a quaint stream and a small herd of adorable goats. The valley is stunning in almost all weather but especially on foggy mornings. Note Quiet hours 10pm-8am

Great location with an easy drive to Oxford. Nice setting. Clean and comfortable. Like others said, you can hear the people upstairs moving around but white noise helps with that, and they provide a white noise machine. Just what I needed to meet up with an old college friend at Miami.

Unit clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Within 30 minutes drive of Oxford where we were visiting with granddaughter and other family members. Only drawback was upstairs people were very noisy, the sound really carries. We could hear every footstep, every sneeze and most conversations. At times sounded like they were moving furniture. Other than that we had a great stay and would recommend it to others.

Hilltop Hideaway

Great Host! Garden Cabin has everything you could need as a short term Guest. As soon as we heard the baying of the goats we knew we were in for a relaxing stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly during a Summer heatwave. A comfortable bed & couch, original artwork, fairy lights, and a personalized Welcome sign are examples you want to find from an experienced Host. Book this NOW!

Met our needs for MiamiOH graduation weekend.

This flat is fine alternative to the expensive and limited availability hotels in Oxford, Ohio. It's a ground floor unit, somewhat underground, basement feeling. It was a little too damp for us, with quite a few bugs creeping in. We are campers so were able to deal with it. We very much appreciated the coffee and bottle of local wine offered by the hosts. Charming location, on a farm, with birds and wildlife to watch. The small enclosure of goats next to the flat was very sweet. We enjoyed visiting with them!

Very Cute Place to Stay!

The property is very cute and cozy. There is a stream of water just nestled in the woods. Our kids loved looking at the goats and bunnies. It's a great place for a little retreat.

Love this property! I have stayed in both the lower and the upper larger area and both accommodations are just wonderful! The cottage is so comfortable, quiet, clean

Miami University Weekend Stay

The property was clean and as described. It’s very cute and charming with goats on the property. We had a swim meet in Oxford and it’s 20 minutes to the Natatorium. There is not much around it but it worked great for what we needed.

Beautful rural stay

Lower level space in building on beautiful property. Very comfortable. Easy check in and great communication. I would have loved to hang out in the lovely outdoor patio space but it was very cold. Would happily stay here again.

Nice garden flat

This was a really nice garden space to stay in. I loved the peaceful farm/garden atmosphere. You can hear the upstairs cottage pretty well. I did appreciate the “quiet time” so I was able to sleep very well.

A Perfect Stay!

My daughter and I stayed here for a basketball tournament at Spooky Nook, and this place was perfect!! We loved everything about this place. The property manager was super responsive, the location was perfect and the setting was even better! The place was so clean and there was such great attention to detail! We would definitely stay here again.

The Garden Flat is the lowest level of our three story cottage. it has a separate entry way then the upper two floors. The room includes a queen bed, a comfy couch, a coffee nook, bathroom, and a huge TV. The property is located on a small rural farm. It feels tucked away with plenty of nature surrounding.

This is located on a homestead farm. You may request a farm tour if you wish. There are goats not far from Garden Flat that you are welcome to visit. There is also a quaint stream at the bottom of the hill/valley.
