Spacious Condo, Family friendly, Walk to Private Beach

Welcome to our spacious and cozy condo, great for family stays. Although the outdoor pool is closed until next summer, take a short walk, or golf cart ride (included in rental May through October) to a PRIVATE sandy lake Michigan beach area, or spend a day exploring neighboring tourist spots in St. Joseph/South Haven only a short drive away.

Our lovely 2100 square feet condo unit located on the second floor of a multi-unit lodge building that's surrounded by a peaceful wooded area. To get inside, you'll go up a few steps to our private entrance on the North side of the building that leads to a porch. Once inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen that's perfect for cooking your favorite meals, as well as a cozy dining nook where you can enjoy them.


Our condo comes with a designated parking space right across from the entry stairs, and additional unassigned parking is available on the south side. (Please note that personal watercraft, motorized sport vehicles, campers, or trailers are not permitted on the property.)

Inside, the spacious living and dining areas offer a welcoming place to unwind. The condo comfortably sleeps up to 10, with two king-size beds, two queen-size beds, and a twin bunk bed—perfect for families or groups of friends. With two bathrooms fully stocked with towels and linens, everyone will feel right at home.

Year-Round Comforts
We provide all the essential amenities, including internet, heating, and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker. Two big-screen TVs are available for streaming via Xfinity FLEX (no cable).

Autumn and winter are a magical time to visit! Along with strolls on our peaceful private beach, you can explore the nearby towns and attractions:

Seasonal Fun : Visit Jollay U-Pick Orchards for apple and pumpkin picking, hayrides, and corn mazes.

Safety, House Rules, and Community Pool
Your safety is our top priority. The condo is equipped with smoke/carbon monoxide detectors and fire extinguishers. To ensure a peaceful environment, we require guests to be at least 25 years old and to respect our quiet hours from 11 pm to 8:30 am. Due to family allergies, **smoking and pets are strictly prohibited**.

During your stay, you’ll have full access to the condo (with a few locked cabinets for personal items). The fenced community pool, located in the backyard, is typically open from late June through early September, subject to weather and maintenance.
