Brand New Downtown Westminster Town House! Location is Amazing! Walking Distance from cool restaurants, bars, and entertainment. We have a Great game area with a pool table, wall mount connect 4, wall mount ring game, and even corn hole on the roof top patio. We have a great coffee bar, and movie night set up waiting. We even have 4 beach cruiser bicycles in the garage ready for you and your crew to bar hop!
And Yes... We will have coupons & promo codes for the bars and entertainment options.

Denver vacation

We loved the area you can walk several places , it’s safe and beautifully clean . We really enjoyed the pool table it was great family time . Beds are comfortable, WiFi works great . Wonderful classy place .

Amazing perfect stay

This was an amazing and clean home. Our kiddos loved the pool table and giant connect 4. The internet worked great, and the whole place was perfect with lots of extras. Our kiddos also loved the amazing snacks they left. This place is perfect! :-)

The property was clean and comfortable. We did however choose this listing because it said there was a hot tub. My husband has a back injury and needs that when traveling so this was disappointing, I assumed we paid a premium for that amenity.

Everything was as described. It was clean, great location and great amenities. We had everything we needed and loved all the things to do (pool table, games, etc.). Lots of extras and neat touches. I would highly recommend. Thank you!

Perfect!

Josh has a great home. The location was perfect for us as we were there to move our daughter in at CU Boulder. Everything was brand new and in perfect working condition. The decor got our style perfectly so it felt homey to us.

Girls' Getaway

This was the BEST vacation EVER!! LOVED the pool table, PRIVATE bedrooms separated by the 2nd floor, EXCELLENT location to GREAT food, patio was PERFECT for late nights, and had EVERYthing someone would need while on vacation. The only thing that was missing was the Butler! A KIND and THOUGHTFUL message from the host during my stay to make sure everything was ok sufficed. I will most definitely rent this place again on my next vacation!!!!! Thank you, Josh, for helping my friends and I have a great time!

Peaceful Retreat

Our family was traveling to the Boulder-Denver area for a seven-day summer softball tournament. We spent most of each day at the softball complex, however, when we had a late game or got back early, the place always served as a peaceful retreat, plenty of space for our family of four get comfortable. The perks --bikes, games, pool table, coffee bar and an operational kitchen allowed us to relax without seeking outside entertainment and meals. Additionally, the location is walkable to multiple restaurants, coffee and cinema. One final note, the beds were really comfortable, we slept like rocks!! Thank you for advertising accurately and for your communication and availability during our stay.

Westminster Townhome

Beautiful, newly constructed townhome. Great place for 4-5 people. States sleeps 6, but if those are six adults, it may be uncomfortable for the people on the couch, but or 7 and 9 year olds didn’t complain. Well equipped kitchen and a lot of games, which my kids loved. My only real complaint is the loudness of the AC unit on the roof in the upstairs master. We had to turn it off completely at night. I’d still recommend this place with its proximity to Denver and Boulder. We had a great time!
