Joel (the host) was very welcoming and quick to respond to any questions I had. The amenities were in good condition and worked well. The loft was clean and included everything that would be needed for a stay.

Great location

Close to beach and downtown. Pleasant surprise to have use of beach towels, umbrella, chairs and a rolling cooler. Smart TV and new furnishings.

Great value and location!

This is a no-frills “cottage” that is a fantastic value, perfect for a single traveler or a couple. The location is close to the beach, downtown-activities, and great restaurants.

Cozy Little Loft

For two people this was a great little place! Located close to so much and easy to get around. Joel was a great communicator and we were very pleased with our two weeks in A Summer Loft.

Perfect stay

The property is very well maintained. Exactly as the description states. The bed was comfortable. The location is ideal. We were in town to catch a few baseball games. We would definitely stay again!

Great place for One or Two

Cute place to stay for two. The house was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only downside was the couch in the living room was not comfortable at all. A replacement with a better quality couch would go far.

Very clean, comfortable, good location

Had a great stay at this apartment. Check in was easy, apartment was clean, and had what we needed. Good location, near the Pinellas trail for cycling and not a bad walk to Dunedin. Close drive to Clearwater Beach too. We found it to be very good value compared to other options. Highly recommend.

Clearwater trip

My fiancé and I enjoyed this property in our trip to Clearwater for a little getaway! The property itself is beautiful- very clean and spacious. The initial check in was a little confusing, as this property is on another property with a house, but the confusion was quickly fixed! Would stay here again.

Very convenient

The house itself was very cute! In a very convenient location from the beach and other activities. We had a couple things come up that we had to contact the owner about, but they were very timely and helpful with either getting someone there or getting us what we needed. We would definitely stay again!

Nice Stay in Dunedin/Clearwater!!

This property is on the border of these two cities, and close to lots of great things to do. Less than 15 minutes to Clearwater Beach, 20 minutes to Palm Harbor and right around the corner from Toronto Blue Jays spring training!! Manager was very responsive and the property was just as described. Would definitely stay here again.

The pictures are exactly as it appears! This place was so clean and had everything my daughter and I needed for our extended weekend in Florida. You’re 5 miles from Clearwater Beach or a 14 minute drive to all the shops and places to eat. The road is a little busy but the neighborhood seemed relatively quiet. I would stay here again!!

Clearwater Getaway

The loft was a brilliant idea. Very fun and neat idea for the space it was in. Very clean. Very cute! Nice fixtures too!! I love how it was low key. You would never think it would be that nice inside. I’d stay here again. Very affordable. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your place. Also, it’s very close to the beach. It’s perfect.

Pros: quaint space, about 15-20 from most areas you’d want to visit, nice for short stays. Comfortable bed. Quick responses from host. Cons: if you need quiet to sleep, being on a main and busy road will not be your friend. Has a stovetop, but no oven. I didn’t notice when booking, but hindered our plans of cooking some meals over eating out. If you’re coming with more than 2 people, the couch/second bed is pretty rough. No cushion whatsoever. If bugs aren’t your thing, be aware they may visit you in the morning. The guy pictured came running at us and there were two more downstairs waiting for my husband and his shoe. Limited hot water, if any. My first night, was an unenjoyable cold shower. While we enjoyed our time in Clearwater, I don’t think I would book here again, but appreciated the space while we were there.

Ok for the price

The place is cute and simple which is juat what we wanted since we weren't going to be spending a lot of time in it. There were a few major downsides though. The first two nights, there was no hot water so taking cold showers wasn't what we expected. If you are a larger person, I would caution you about staying here because the shower door doesn't open very wide. I'm not a huge person, and I had to step in sideways and could still feel the door on my back while stepping in. The second "bed" is a fold down futon which in most cases I'd have no problem with. I'm not real picky. However, once it's laid out as a bed I could feel the metal rods poking me in the back and there is zero cushion. Needless to say, I didnt sleep well and my back hurt the whole time. The neighborhood is less than desirable and the place sits on a main road, so you can hear all the noise. There are signs inside that say no loud noises between properties, however when we got there, there was a huge party going on and people coming out asking who we were and nowhere to park. The back patio could use some work, especially if youre the type of person that likes to sit outside a relax, which we did not do. The location as far as being close to the beach though, is perfect.
