Wonderful Stay

Just returned from a wonderful week stay at this condo. Property was in a great location very close to PIE airport, clean and well furnished. Friendly attentive staff. Near major beaches and abundant dining options. Easy check in and check out procedures. Owner was very responsive and communicated with us from beginning of booking to end of stay.

I love the pool deck at this property. Great sunsets and hot tub.The unit's faucet in the bathroom sink should be replaced. If the water is not turned on to full pressure the water leaks on the ledge of the sink because the faucet is too short.Maybe a brighter light bulb in the ceiling fan. Seemed a little dark in the room. The people at the property were extremely nice and accommodating. Last thing is the description does say one bedroom, but actually its a true efficiency unit. Overall, as my wife says,it was cute.

Hi I was just notified by the resort that the water was not turned off in the sink which caused a huge flood that went to the hallway and garage . Please do not rate me low of an issue that was not mine. I may have wall and floor damaged . Hey if Milton didn’t ruin it , a tenant did . Smh

Great place!

We were able to check in a little early and the check in office called us when the room was ready which was nice. The bar and restaurant attached to the building was awesome! The food and drinks were very good. Such a nice and clean pool area. Very close to downtown Dunedin (20 minutes max). The room was spacious and clean and the balcony was nice with a pretty good view of the water.

Nice place. Convenient, clean. Just enough room for the two of us. Pool area was pleasant. Sunset from pool was great. Unit deck view includes the water and the refuse from the restaurant, so we didn't spend any time out there.

Overall quaint little place. owner told me key would be in an envelope in the office as i checked in after 11pm. after running around a bit I found it in an envelope at the bottom of the stairs. I didn't know u could say a place sleeps three with just one king bed. i pitty the party of three as i assumed there was a pull out couch.

Awesome stay!

Great condo with an awesome restaurant downstairs. Pull out bed wasn’t amazing but was fine for a teenager. The extras required I.e. parking pass for additional car, boat slip etc required cash which wasn’t super convenient. Everything else was perfect. Very clean. Felt very safe. Amazing sunsets. Will definitely book again.

Great place to stay in Dunedin

I can't say enough about how great our stay was in Dunedin. While the check-in process was a bit hectic, once we were in our room, we were very pleased. Our host, Noushin, was great to work with, and we had everything we needed to make our stay great. Noushin provided beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, a beach bag with towels, and the prior guest even left us some sunscreen in the bag. The room was very clean and modern and even the pull out bed slept great. The view from the balcony was great and we saw dolphins out front when we were having our coffee in the morning. The pool area was very clean, and there were ample chairs and tables available every time we went down. We did a lot of exploring on the Pinellas trail and spent a lot of time in Downtown Dunedin at the shops, restaurants, and the Farmers Market. We also rode bikes to Palm Harbor, Crystal Beach, and Honeymoon Island. (We found the seagulls at Honeymoon Island to be a bit aggressive, so you may want to leave your food in the car). The facilities at Honeymoon Island were still closed from the hurricane, but there were ample port-a-johns available. All in all we had a great trip with no issues and we would definitely stay at Noushin's property again.
