It has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, 1 king and 2 twins beds, Queen size pull out sleeper sofa in living room. Newer Washer/dryer, dishwasher and fully equipped kitchen is perfect for you to make meals. Several outdoor swimming pools. Center of MB, blocks from Broadway at Beach. Welcome to GolfView Villa!!

If you want to be close to, but not directly on -- Myrtle Beach. This is the place!!! It`s on Golf course, EXTREMELY CONVENIENT to everything. The condo has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Golf enthusiasts will definitely enjoy the beautiful view overlooking one of Myrtlewood Golf club`s two courses! The location is maybe 3 miles from the Myrtle beach` strip` and Boardwalk and only a short blocks to a Food Lion grocery store, a CVS grocery store, some other shops and restaurants. The popular Broadway at the Beach-- with shops, amusement rides, restaurants, Bars, music, etc--- is also less than a 5 minute drive away. We will ensure your smooth check-in with smart lock entry code and CLEAN place for your well deserved vacation!!

STAYING WITH US BONUS! Free access to the lovely Atlantica Beach Resort (10 min. away) where you can enjoy free parking at the beach, clean restrooms, indoor heated pool, outdoor pools, Hot tubs, Lazy river, beach access. Atlantica Beach resort is 3 min walking distance to the Boardwalk, shops, great restaurants, entertainment and sky wheel.. etc.

*POOL use: MISSING pool fabs will be charged $100/each, pool bands: $50/each.
*House rules violation ( pet, any kind of smoking, event) is subject to $250 fine/extra cleaning cost and will be removed from the property.
*No refund due to pool maintenance, we have several pools in the neighborhood you can use. There’re 2 pool key fobs provided, missing or lost will be fined $100/each by HOA, please make sure to return those.
*Please clean dishes you used and take trash out during your stay.
* Must be Clean and Respectful guest and treat it like your own. We appreciate you.

What a great place to stay. The host provided a very clean and well furnished home. The home had everything you need. So no need to bring anything extra. Great view of hole #7 greens of the Pine Hill course at Mrytlewood Golf Club. Minutes from Broadway at the Beach, Coastal Grand Mall and restaurants. We will definitely be staying here again in the near future.

Amazing - 5 stars

Maggie and Charles always have fantastic properties, and this one is another to add to the list. Immaculately clean, beautiful property with fabulous decor. It's a perfect location on a quiet golf course, yet close to all attractions. I'd return without hesitation!

Amazing views

As a past owner in Myrtlewood, I was looking for a place with a golf course view of a green similar to what I had. Had amazing views of the greens on 6&7, and the tee box of 8.(Pine Hills) The inside of the condo was updated nicely and the amenities were comfortable. Also can’t beat the high ceilings of the 3rd floor.

Rest and Play

The unit was exceptional in every way, cleanliness and amenities provided. Of all the other units we have rented in the past, this one's location was the best for Broadway at thew Beach, Broadway Grand Prix, Top Golf, The Pelican's stadium, etc. Maggie and Charles were super responding to our few needs quickly. I will stay in this unit again.

Family vacation

Property very clean and tidy close to all attractions in Myrtle Beach,Broadway @the beach ,boardwalk, the beach itself, eateries, gift shops, etc. The amenities in the condo w were great pots and pans. Lots of towels, bedding, and beautiful balcony to sit on and relax at night after a long day at the beach. Lots of hot water 👍. Our host Maggie was joy to work with & a text away if you needed anything or had questions. Will definitely re-book with her next year . Overall a BIG 5 Star rating for her and her Condo!!!!!!!!

A little of this and that


We came in for the National Softball Tournament. Our 14 yr old granddaughter played with her team in it. She stayed with her mother; but my husband, myself and our son stayed in the condo. A lovely location. Corner unit and on the 7th green. Watched the groundskeeper move the hole every morning. Rather hot this past week; but, with the unit being on the third floor there was always a nice breeze. My only suggestion (after staying at many VRBO units) is that the owners would have a few basic spices to start off. We did appreciate the snacks and Keurig pods for the first morning. Wonderful Stay near Myrtle Beach!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Chuck & Maggie's property and highly recommend it - especially if you want to be close to, but not directly on - Myrtle Beach. The property is spotless and well-maintained - the photos say it all - and it had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Golf enthusiasts will definitely enjoy the beautiful view overlooking one of Myrtlewood Golf Club's two courses! The location is maybe 3 miles from the Myrtle Beach "strip" and boardwalk, and only a few short blocks to a Food Lion grocery store, a CVS grocery store, some other shops and restaurants. The popular Broadway at the Beach - with shops, amusement rides, restaurants, music, etc. - is also less than a 5 minute drive away. Chuck and Maggie were wonderful hosts and provided us with all the info we needed to ensure a smooth check-in. We appreciated their accessibility via phone and their prompt responses to any questions we had. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and wish to thank Chuck and Maggie for making this property available to vacation-goers like us!
