This ocean view condo has been fully remodeled. There’s brand new furniture, appliances, kitchen, shower, flooring. It will host 4 adults and 2 children (12 yrs max ). Your family will be walking distance to the resort beach area and pool . Also walking distance to high end restaurants like Dolce Vita, Campomar, La Vaca argentina, Porfirio’s. Beautiful ocean view condo!
The space
Great Ocean/beach view Condo centrally located in the hotel zone in Puerto Vallarta.
Condo is located within the Sunscape resort including the use of the Sunscape facilities ( pool, beach, gym and sun loungers in designated area )

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

You will check in at the Torre Condomar reception. Accommodations are for 4 Adults and 2 children under 12 yrs old, any additional Adult will have a daily fee of $25.00 USD for access to Hotel Common areas
Condo is for 4 adults and 2 children 12 yrs or younger ONLY, No more than the permitted persons please

The space

Beautiful view from the balcony to enjoy either day or night.
There are 2 queen beds and a sofa, 55” TV in the bedroom and a 65” TV in the living room with cable service and WiFi too. Condo is equipped with kitchen, microwave, refrigerator. Towels, toilet paper, soup and shampoo provided.
Guest access
Condo is located within the facilities of Sunscape Resort. You will have access to pools, Gym and beach front palapas. All inclusive option is available per person per day at an extra cost.
Please Note NO CASH FOOD IS SOLD ... The only place you can purchase snacks and drinks drinks is at the Food truck that is located next to pool area... NO EXEMPTION

Nicely Renovated However NOT cleaned very well! After.

When we arrived we moved ALL the V. Heavy furniture including fridge
..and Cleaned the unit Very well

It was disgusting in places! Over all it LOOKED clean (on the surface). We worked for 5 over hours to get the grout off of the floors to make it look better! The backs of both TVs had an inch of dust (renovations dust) on them!!! Once In got it cleaned un properly, We did Enjoy our stay as it was a comfortable unit. The closet NS peace was totally unacceptable

.about 12” of closet space for 2 people (and possibly 4). I suggested a clothes Tree to at least make more room for hanging some articles. And, the unit was lacking several items

.ie a colindar to drain pasta etc. and a Salad bowl to mix salads, and a veg. Peeler

.We purchased all of these items and more, and gave them to the maid when we left as we couldn’t come back there next winter anyway. The bed spreads were a bit Small for the beds and would have been nice to see something brighter

.However I had all the Sham covers and coushin covers CLEANED ton make it smell fresh and clean. The table and chairs that were purchased for the unit was unstable
.would NOT want to cut a steak on it. We put pads on the legs as when you moved them around it left Black marks o. The floor. We had to buy all the dish scrubs, plastic wrap etc. etc. which usually were included in many condos that we rented


..All and all , this was lots of added costs

.with ALL our purchases that we gave away
..to friends and the maid.

Love the Unit and enjoyed our stay
..wrote most issues on our 1st stay review

with was our Save Vac

I wrote OUR issues on our first stay -which was our Save vacation stay. We did not even look or inquire of another unit there, because of the way the renters are treated by Most Sunscape staff. Their rules for the renters do not make sense, and the resort itself to me, is going downhill

the pool bathrooms are Dirty, their lounges are dirty and many should be thrown away!!! I cleaned ours Every morning
.. Many (Not all). of the staff are rude and the security is ridiculous

..especially with then towel rules
..there was always Lots of towels and Lots of vacant lounges, so their rules were uncalled for. We just got tired of being treated as 2nd class - so decided to look elsewhere. Thanks to Alvaro for his work he did to the unit
.and I have to say, other than the lack of some necessary articles, and the inefficient Property Manager, and the lack of a proper cleaning of the unit

IT WAS VERY ENJOYABLE ONCE WE MADE THE PLACE SPOTLESS AND ‘HOME’. THANKS.

Nicely decorated but Not cleaned upn properly after the renovations!!!!

We cleaned the grout off the floor in places that was not done after the flooring installation. Took me over 5 hours! Also Moved ALL the heavy furniture to clean underneath and found all sorts of articles and dust etc. etc. The backs of the TV mounts were VERY dirty. The unit Looked/appeared to look clean until you really started moving things etc. It Was SURFACED CLEANED ONLY. I in turn Kept the unit very Clean during our Stay!!!!! So I can’t enjoy the rest of our stay
..which we did!!!!! IT IS A VERY NICE UNIT. There are many items that the unit definitely could use

that I suggested to the Manager

A fullength mirror
..(One small bathroom mirror was not enough for 2 (or possibly 4) people. The clothes cupboard is about 12” wide - NOT exactly sufficient for 2 (possibly4) guests

.I suggested a clothes tree and they were not that expensive

.The kitchen did not have a Salad Bowl, a veg pealed or a colander
..(to strain pasta) We bought many items, and gave them to the maid. We did purchase several items not mentioned, but did not leave them in the unit. It was equipped but not for a long stay - if you wanted to do some light cooking and meal preparing. The counter tops are damaged in Spots

..and I am thinking g that previous guests placed Hot items on it

I asked the Property Manager to look at them as I did not want to be blamed for it

He did not! I found him very attentive!!!!!!! Like many guests - that are not returning because of Sunscape rules.
