Enjoy a lovely and cozy space to unwind in this newly renovated home! Admire the crisp, contemporary décor of the open-plan living space and modern environment that will not disappoint your expectations! This home is perfect for any desired length of stay. The property gives quick access to the interstate (6 min), 12 min to Kings Bay Naval Base, 15 min to the waterfront, and 30 min to Jax International Airport.

As for the property itself, inside you will be welcomed into a stunning living room. The living room and all 3 bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs that you can watch Youtube Tv on while you lay your head down at night and drift into a peaceful sleep. The fully functional kitchen comes loaded with all the essentials that you would need for a quick breakfast on the go or even to host a small get-together with friends!

-8 minutes of a Walmart
-4 min to CVS/8 to Walgreens.

Guests have access to the entire property: the house, the garage, and the patio.

The layout of the house, perfect for none related families.Also cleanliness of hoe, especially for allowing pets.Nice fenced backyard and enclosed screen porch.One flaw, hitckhikers have consumed the front yard, my Lhasa Apso, was covered in them, she had to be shaved.

Great stay

My husband and I stayed with 3 friends, stayed two nights! We spend the day At Cumberland Island! The house was easy to find and quite comfortable! The owner, was responsive when we needed things! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Spring break visit

The home is lovely, clean, spacious, modern. Definitely would stay here again. Has laundry facilities off the kitchen, a big bonus. Close to everything in Kingsland and St. Mary. A very nice location. The yard had a hazard or two, not much usable outdoor space only drawback.

Georgia getaway

This property was the perfect size for pur getaway! Rooms were spacious, neighborhood was peaceful! This house was very welcoming and decorated just right. Enclosed patio was one of my favorite parts of the house. This house is one I would rent again in the future! Adam answered our messages quickly. Can't wait to visit again!

This was a very comfortable property. The master was very large and the home was super clean!!! I would recommend this to people in the st Mary’s /Kingsland area. The host was very prompt when contacted.
