The Space:

This modernly decorated 2 bed 2 bath townhome boasts a king bed in the upstairs ensuite and a Queen bed in the downstairs ensuite. Each bedroom has its own connected bathroom! The home is fully equipped for your longer-term stays and includes a fully furnished kitchen for cooking, high-speed wireless internet, a washer/dryer, three flat screen smart TVs (both bedrooms and living room) 2-car parking pad and bistro table out back to relax. It's conveniently located to restaurants, shopping, post office, grocery stores and just a few miles from the Kingsbay Naval Base. It's also a mile off interstate 95 which will put you in Brunswick/Saint Simons within 35 minutes and Jacksonville in 20 minutes.



You absolutely can't beat this location for this price!

Anything other than a regular vehicle may be prohibited or may not fit on the property. If you plan to bring a trailer, motorcycle, boat or any other commercial or recreational vehicle, please inquire with the host about whether this is allowed.



Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.



Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.



After booking we do require a rental agreement and rental form to be signed in order to stay at our home. We appreciate the understanding on this as we want to protect all parties involved!



Other Things to Note:

For any stay 60 or more days, an additional cleaning fee of $150 will be added after booking. If the cleaning fee is unpaid 7 days prior to check-in, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund. 



For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.



Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!
