The Belmont at the Beach is a luxurious, 5800 square foot, newly-built home located at the West end of 30A. Beautifully decorated in cool, calming, coastal colors, this marvelous house features Gulf views, a private pool, chef's kitchen, two living areas, an elevator to all main floors, and is just a four minute walk to the beach! Multi-family or large groups are easily accommodated with sleeping arrangements for up to 14 guests across six bedrooms.

An entry way, conveniently located in the carport provides access to a staircase as well as the elevator for those who find stairs challenging. As guests reach the second level, they are greeted by a comfortable living space with couches, TV, and a kitchenette complete with beverage cooler and ice maker. Just beyond a glittering pool awaits! Open the bifold doors leading to the pool for a true indoor/outdoor living experience. Relax on the deck or grill a feast in the covered, outdoor kitchen. This pool is definitely the place to be when you're not at the beach! Back inside, guests can choose from two bedrooms on this level. The first is a queen bedroom with a private bathroom and the second is a king bedroom that also has a private bathroom and includes access directly to the pool.

The third level is the main floor. A spacious, open floor plan, tall ceilings and a South wall of windows create an airy, comfortable environment, flooded with natural light and perfect for gathering. Gorgeous coffered ceilings and soothing coastal colors speak to a casual elegance where everyone is welcome. The living room has cozy couches for enjoying the big screen TV while additional seating can be found on the deck surrounding a fire pit - the perfect place to enjoy a breezy beach evening. The crown jewel of this level is the incredible chef's kitchen that includes a top-of-the-line Viking appliance suite. It boasts a six burner gas stove with griddle, double ovens, dual dishwashers, commercial refrigerator, dual sinks, wine cooler and ice maker. Hire a private chef or make your own gourmet meals - this kitchen can handle a crowd!

Final sleeping arrangements located on the fourth floor include two king suites with private bathrooms, water views, and access to a shared balcony. A third king bedroom is also available with access to a shared bathroom. Finally a bunk room can accommodate four guests in two twin/twin bunks - perfect for the kids of the group!
