The space
Our 3 bedroom + Game Room/ additional bedroom home was just remodeled and professionally designed.. The house itself is 1632 square feet and can comfortably fit up to 10 people. The house features 7 total beds including two beds that can be set up upon request in the Game Room.

The Living room features a stylish yet very comfortable Leather Couch and recessed LED lighting so you can relax and watch the Large Flat Screen Smart TV to watch Netflix or whatever your favorite streaming platform is! It is a warm and comfortable retreat perfect for relaxation and entertaining.

Inside the kitchen, you will find all the pots, pans glasses, silverware, plates and accessories you would need if you decide to cook for yourself! (However, there are lots of great restaurants nearby) The kitchen also has a blender, Coffee Maker, microwave, oven/stove, +Full size refrigerator/freezer. There is a large pantry for storage also! The kitchen features plenty of cabinet and counter space which makes meal preparation and cleanup a breeze.

Right Next to the Kitchen is the Dining area is spacious and designed for formal or casual dining. It features a large wooden dining table, surrounded by comfortable chairs upholstered in a neutral fabric. The Lighting above provides ample lighting for mealtime, while the large windows allow the natural light to flow into the space. A sophisticated and inviting atmosphere!

Adjacent to the living area is a desk/work area.

The Primary Suite is a luxurious and private retreat designed for relaxation. The room features a spacious Queen sized bed with plush bedding and pillows, creating a comfortable sleeping area. Large windows let in plenty of natural light, and the curtains are there to provide privacy and light control. There is an additional large flat screen Smart TV also with streaming apps available. There is a closet and an en suite full bathroom with a bathtub/shower.

The next bedroom also features a queen-sized bed and is beautifully appointed for comfort and convenience. This and all the rooms have ample closet space for storage. Whether your guests are in town for a short visit or an extended stay, they will have a comfortable place to call their own.

The third bedroom features two comfortable twin mattresses

The Game room can also be set up as a fourth bedroom with two twin beds upon request and has plush lounging chairs. All of the bedrooms are set up for maximum comfort, privacy, and relaxation.

The backyard is great for enjoying the many sunny days we have in Reno. It is currently wintertime but will be set up for entertainment with outdoor furniture this spring.

There is plenty of parking with a private two-car garage, driveway, and street parking available.

The home features a laundry room set up with a washer/ dryer + the full set up to do laundry as needed during your stay.

In terms of amenities, we are set up with important items like: Towels, Kitchen setup, blow dryer, soap/shampoo/conditioner, paper towels, a blow dryer + more!
