À propos de cet hébergement

Heated Pool + Fenced Yard + Dog-Friendly Cape Coral Retreat

Heated pool, fenced yard, and room for everyone — your Cape Coral home base for fall.

Soak up Florida sunshine (or evening stars) in your own screened-in, heated pool and hot tub — warm and ready to use well past summer. This 4-bedroom, 2-bath home sleeps 9 in comfort, with a king en-suite (walk-in shower + Jacuzzi tub), a fully fenced backyard for your dog, and a dedicated workspace if you're mixing a little work with your getaway.

Why guests love it:

Private heated pool & lanai, surrounded by palms — usable year-round, not just summer
Fully fenced yard — pets welcome, no worrying about them slipping out
Fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and a breakfast bar
Smart TVs and fast Wi-Fi in every room
Garage game room for rainy-day fun
Quiet Pelican neighborhood, minutes to Cape Coral's canals, dining, and shopping

The space: Open-concept living flows out to the lanai and pool — the heart of the house. Four bedrooms give everyone their own space: the king suite with private bath, a queen room, a double room, and a bunk/twin room that's a hit with kids. Bright coastal décor throughout, fresh linens, and everything clearly labeled and well-stocked (guests mention this a lot in reviews).

This fall in Cape Coral: You're close to the Cape Coral Coconut Festival (Nov 10–13), the Fueled by Fire 5K, and fall festivals happening through October — plus a short drive to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, and Manatee Park for kayaking with manatees.

Perfect for: families, multi-generational trips, remote workers wanting sun after hours, and anyone traveling with a dog who doesn't want to compromise on comfort.

This was the perfect house for us! We took our 2 dogs with us and the yard was absolutely perfect for them including a doggie door available off the lanai. The pool was clean and the pool heater actually worked…this is a big win for us. Great location, close to so many shops/restaurants/parks. The house itself was very well maintained and all appliances and amenities worked perfectly. Well stocked. Thank you for a great couple of weeks in your home!!

The house was great! Perfect communication, very clean, very well supplied. Plenty of blankets, pillows, towels... I appreciate the added cleaning supplies, dishwasher and laundry pods, and trash bags. Not all VRBO homes do this which I never understand. Having the trash bags and cleaning supplies, we were able to keep the home clean and kept up. They even have a small vacuum that was appreciated. The pool and spa were fantastic and we all loved being able to swim every day. Highly recommend.

Weekend get-away

This home matched our needs so well. Fully stocked with toiletries and beach needs. The pool area is enough to keep you happy though the weekend with toys and plenty of lounge space. The grill was a great feature we didnt use but its there. The beds were all comfortable and the spaces inviting. Would 10/10 recommend and will be coming back soon.

Family Vacation

The property was clean and well cared for. We enjoyed the pool and the outdoor space. Tonnie and her husband responded to our questions promptly! The tablet to adjust the pool and hot tub can be a little confusing but that can be easily fixed by updating the instruction sheet. We would definitely stay again!

Family time

We had a great time at this very spacious and comfortable home. Everything we needed was at the property including beach towels and pool toys. We specially want to give a shout out to the property manager, Tonnie. She was very welcoming and explained everything well. She went beyond by letting us know that we had left some clothes behind in the dryer and quickly sent them to us in a package. We would recommend this property for a relaxing and fun time.

Paradise In Your Backyard

This house was a spectacular find and including the hosts! The hosts were quick to answer questions which I really appreciated. All the amenities you need including plenty of towels and beach type of items! Very spacious and modern with plenty of room to spread out including a game room in the garage. Yes, there is a school and a little traffic during that time although a very quit neighborhood feel. We spent majority of the time outside in the pool. The outdoor patio is perfect especially to watch TV while swimming! The kids absolutely loved this house too. 25 minutes from RSW and Fort Myers Beach. 40 minutes to Sanibel and 1 hour to Captiva! Perfect location for all you want to do in the area. A must rent property!

À propos de l’hôte

Hôte : Christian & Jennifer Wernau

Image de profil de l’hôte
Hi, we're Jennifer and Christian! We vacationed in Cape Coral for many years before finally buying a home here to share with others. We started hosting because we believe families should have a true home away from home to make their vacation dreams a reality. That's why Silver Palms is a pet-friendly, single-family home with all the amenities you'd expect for a real home base — spacious accommodations, entertainment options, and thoughtful little touches throughout. We love hearing about our guests' experiences and new finds — it's always fun when something a guest discovers gets passed along to future guests. Our goal is simple: make your stay so comfortable and easy that Silver Palms becomes your go-to Cape Coral getaway, year after year.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We chose the Pelican neighborhood because it's close to shopping and downtown Cape Coral, while still being quiet, safe, and secure — the best of both worlds. It's a peaceful, waterfront pocket of the city, just minutes from Thunderbird Lake, Britannia Lake, and Rotary Park Environmental Center for an easy morning walk or some bird-watching. Imagine waking up to calm-water sunrises or taking a leisurely stroll along the canals before the day heats up. You're close enough to dining, shopping, and entertainment that you never feel far from anything — just far enough from the tourist bustle to actually relax. Whether you're a nature lover, a family looking for a quiet home base, or just craving a slower pace, the Pelican area delivers it.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

What sets Silver Palms apart is its seamless blend of luxury, convenience, and natural beauty, creating a truly unforgettable retreat experience. Here are some key features that make this property unique:

Prime Location: Nestled in Cape Coral's quiet, safe Pelican neighborhood, Silver Palms offers easy access to downtown, shopping, beaches, and outdoor adventures like kayaking and wildlife spotting — without the tourist bustle.
Outdoor Paradise: The property boasts a heated spa and pool, providing an inviting space to relax and bask in the sun-drenched beauty of the surroundings year-round. With the added convenience of an outdoor smart TV, guests can enjoy entertainment while lounging poolside.
Arcade & Game Room: A rare find among vacation rentals — our on-site arcade/game room means fun for all ages, rain or shine.
Tranquil Oasis: The covered lanai offers a serene escape for moments of relaxation and reflection, surrounded by meticulously maintained landscaping. Silver Palms is also proudly pet-friendly, with a fully fenced backyard where up to two dogs (20 lbs each, larger considered on request) can roam safely alongside you.
Dedicated Workspace: For those needing to balance work and relaxation, Silver Palms provides a dedicated workspace, allowing guests to stay productive while immersing themselves in the tranquil atmosphere of the retreat.
Thoughtful Amenities: From the luxurious primary suite with its lavish en suite bathroom to the cozy and elegant bedrooms, every detail of Silver Palms is designed to provide guests with the utmost comfort and convenience.
