Fully updated 4 Bedroom Oasis backyard with saltwater pool ($50/day to Heat). Has an entire outdoor Kitchen and Pergola area with TV's on the Patio! Remodeled interior with 5 beds and an open kitchen for entertaining! 5 beach chairs and an umbrella at the house. 40 Minutes to Ft Myers and Sanibel Island, 20 min to Yacht Club Beach, super close to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and more!
No Parties/Events or loud music.

Freshly remodeled, modern touches in a quiet neighborhood! Our property fits 8 adults, or 6 adults with 4 children. If your party needs a pack-n-play, we do have one. If you are traveling with infants we do not count them in the bed count. Reach out for more details.

We really enjoyed the property. The area offered plenty for us, with convenient groceries and dining. It was really nice and just we were looking for! The communication from the property manager was excellent and extremely prompt.The pool and outdoor kitchen were awesome!

Once we walked in, the home smelled clean. House was decently equipped. Having to call to control spa was a little annoying, but after telling the property manager our schedule, she made sure the spa was warm when we wanted and tge pool light on. No complaints, would stay again if in the area again.

Home was beautiful as described. Hot tub and pool were fantastic, just expect an additional charge of 150 to keep it heated. And you have to contact your host to activate it. Our host Kristin was awesome. She even gave us an extended checkout due to a late flight for no additional charge. Location was central to Siesta key and Sanibel. We will most definitely be back.

Overall we had a great stay. The property was very clean. We were disappointed with the heating of the hot tub, we expected a hot tub that was hot 24/7 and this was not the case. The host was very responsive to our messages and disappointed and worked with us to the best of their ability. If the hot tub could be hot and used 24/7 during the stay we’d definitely book again if looking to stay in that area.

The outside living area was excellent. The pool /spa would be great during warmer weather. The pool and spa share one heater and only one could be heated at a time. So if the pool was heating , the spa could not be used or if the spa was heating, the pool would then get chilled. The house was very clean. Slept all eight of us easily. The neighborhood was quiet. Grocery stores are easily accessible. The host was readily accessible and handled things quickly.

Family Vacation

This house is beautiful inside and out. We had 2 families staying at this house, the men really loved the outdoor grilling area and the kids of course loved the pool and spa tub. The location was great, close to the grocery and liquor store. Definitely would recommend this house for any family out there looking for a sunny vacation spot.

Amazing Stay

This house was a fantastic rental for 3 couples to stay and relax in for a vacation away from the cold! The host answered our texts immediately and the owner checked in a few times as well. The house was clean and smelled good. The backyard has a fun atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again. It would also be great for families with kids.

Cozy Cape Coral Retreat

We enjoyed our stay and found the house to be warm and inviting. The outdoor amenities kept us outside for the majority of our stay. Host was very receptive and accommodating to our needs. Access to grocery was fairly easy and drive to shopping and attractions weren't too far out of the way. Comfy beds, quiet neighborhood. Good home for older adults since there are noise restrictions and pool usage.

Wonderful property

This property was exactly what we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. The location was actually very good. Anything that you needed was close by with lots of shopping and restaurants.It was a very quiet neighborhood so we enjoyed that! The only negative thing was we had issues with the televisions. They had gotten really scrambled up and we’re not able to use them much at all. Overall it was a very nice Rental! Would stay here again!

Overall, the house was great. Communication with the host was easy and fast. The house was clean upon arrival and kitchen well stocked with utensils for cooking inside and out. We LOVED cooking meals in the outdoor kitchen and enjoyed the outdoor TVs. The Smart TVs were great, but did not have “regular channels” like the news. Few notes for those with younger kids, if you are utilizing the pack n play on property note it is a playpen shape vs a rectangular one. We had brought our own sheet but it didn’t fit. The pool set up was great, but our kids (4 and 1) spent most of the time in the hot tub as the pool was too chilly.

House review

Great house, beautiful pool and jacuzzi . Unfortunately heater didn’t work and water was very cold. I didnt like the fact that needed to call the property for everything such as: turning the jacuzzi on, turning the pool lights, etc. Also A/C had a note not to go under 74F, so somewhat hot for us that like colder temperature at night. After 9pm cannot use the pool did not like that and no noise outside after 9pm although there were no neighbors. Furniture was on the older side , sofa was peeling in many places and many outlets didnt work in the kitchen. Nice home but needs updates. Company was very responsive, owner refunded our late extra pay checkout since pool heater didnt work. Overall it was an ok experience.

Great pool and outdoor area

This was a family trip for 6 of us. Plenty of rooms and beds for all. Only dislike was TV’s weren’t great and the beds weren’t very comfy. The pool, hot tub and outdoor area were all amazing!! Great communication with the Host all week.

The home was lovely but the outdoor enclosed pool/patio/pergola area was wonderful! We wanted to just hang out and enjoy the grill and pool and did just that.:)

Home with Green Pool

When we got there on April 16th we were going to let kids go swimming but in looking into the pool there was alot of algae and pool was a weird color. Called Kristin with Management and she said people who stayed there before had no complaints about the pool. . The algae in pool wasn't there just from one day, it had been sitting for a while. Either way she got pool guy to come put chemicals in pool, next day which resulted in us not being able to use pool until next day. Now we have only 1 day left to use pool. We rented this house for the outside set up totally, so not getting to use the pool was not great. When talking with Kristin she said they would refund us some of the money. Haven't heard from her yet as to how that is going to happen. Would like someone to call me.

The pool has a heat charge of $50 a day. The system is a open pool system and runs on one pump and one heater. Only the spa or pool can be heated at one time. The spa mode can be turned on by your host. Reach out for more information!
