About this space
Situated east of Rt. 1 and within walking/biking distance of Downtown Rehoboth Beach, this Grande at Canal Pointe first level condo is the perfect beach getaway. Community features 2 large pools, tennis/basketball court, fenced-in playground and Kayak/SUP access to the Rehoboth canal. Centrally located to everything Rehoboth has to offer: Walk or bike to the beach or boardwalk (1.7 miles) or walk 5 minutes to a great neighborhood brew pub. Direct access to the Breakwater Trail.
The space
Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom bottom floor condo will have plenty of room for family and friends, sleeping 8-10 guests comfortably. Close to the beach, this rental features high-end furnishings, smart flatscreen televisions and amazing community amenities.

Living Area and Dining:

This condo has an open airy floor plan with hardwood floors, accessible wide hallways and doors throughout! New living room furniture was purchased in 2022 which includes a pull-out sleeper sofa. The spacious great room and dining area is surrounded by windows and natural light. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine on your private, covered porch located just outside of the sliding glass door. Wifi is available throughout the entire condo.

Kitchen:

Guests that enjoy home cooked meals while on vacation will love the fully remodeled, gourmet kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and upgraded cabinetry. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could ask for including, but not limited to a Keurig machine, traditional coffee maker, pots, pans, glassware, plates, utensils and bakeware. You'll love the upgraded recess lighting throughout.

Bed and Bath:

Our unit sleeps 8-10 guests in 3 bedrooms.

The primary suite boasts a king size bed, a smart TV and a private en-suite bathroom. The en-suite features a walk-in shower, double sink vanity and large soaking tub. The primary suite also includes a daybed/trundle for additional sleeping or lounging.

The second bedroom includes a comfortable queen size bed.

The third bedroom is outfitted with a single bed as well as a single over full bunkbed.

The second bathroom is located in the main hallway and has a tub/shower combination.

* Please note, linens (including sheets, bath and beach towels) will not be included. There WILL be pillows and comforters on each bed. Linens can be rented by an outside company which I can provide the details for if interested *

* We provide dish detergent, dishwasher tablets, trash bags and we will get you started on paper towels and toilet paper *

Extra perks include complimentary wi-fi and a full washer and dryer with laundry detergent.

Beach chairs, beach toys, beach cart and an umbrella are provided.

Free, unlimited parking is available directly in front and to rear of the unit.
Other things to note
A key fob is required for the pool, fitness center and access to the dumpster. Guests are responsible for returning the fob to the wall hook when they check-out. Lost/taken key fobs will result in a $50 charge to the guest security deposit.

The Grande at Canal Pointe community HOA requires all short term tenants to sign a lease agreement (separate from Airbnb). A Docusign lease will be sent to the booking guest (to their personal email account) shortly after booking is confirmed. Below is a copy of the lease agreement guests will be asked to sign:


ADDENDUM TO RENTAL LEASE AGREEMENT THIS ADDENDUM applies to the leasing of property located within the Grande at Canal Pointe Condominium Association (hereafter “GCP”), by and between Owner/Landlord (hereafter “Landlord”) and Tenant, and shall be incorporated into the Lease Agreement: Rental Unit Address (include unit #): ______________________________________________________________________ Landlord (Unit Owner or Rental Agent), print: __________________________________________________________________ Lease Term (7-day minimum): Start Date (M/D/YY): ____________ End Date (M/D/YY): _______________ Tenant(s), print: ________________________________________________________________________________________________ Occupants (# each): Adults: _______Children: (5 & under ) _______ (6-17)________ Dogs # **: __________ **total combined weight can’t exceed 80 lbs. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants, promises and agreements contained in the Lease Agreement and herein, Owner and Tenant hereby agree as follows: 1. Applicability of Association Instruments and Rules. Landlord and Tenant's acknowledge the right to use and occupy the Premises within The Grande at Canal Pointe Condominium Association, and shall be subject and subordinate in all respects to the provisions of the Association Instruments and to such Rules and Regulations as the Council of the Association may from time to time adopt. A copy of the Rules and Regulations is attached hereto as Exhibit A. By signing this Addendum, the Tenant acknowledges receipt of such Rules and Regulations and agrees to abide by and adhere to same. 2. Occupancy. Tenant acknowledges the Premises shall be occupied for residential purposes only and shall be occupied by no more than two persons per bedroom plus two additional persons per dwelling unless the Lease Agreement to which this Addendum is attached restricts the occupancy to fewer persons. Children under the age of six (6) shall not be counted in this restriction. 3. Violations. Any violation of the provisions of the Association Instruments or the Rules and Regulations by Tenant, or Tenant's family, guests, agents, employees, invitees, or pets shall constitute a material breach of the Lease Agreement. The Tenant hereby agrees and understands that in the event of such violation the Tenant’s occupancy of the Premises may be immediately terminated and the Tenant shall vacate the Premises. Violations are subject to monetary penalty. 4. Indemnification. . 5. Successors. The provisions of this Addendum shall apply to any and all of Owner's and Tenant's successors, assigns and sublessees. 6. Conflict. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of this Lease Addendum and the provision of the Lease executed by Landlord and Tenant, the provisions of this Lease Addendum shall control. Tenant shall indemnify and hold harmless Owner and Association from and against any damages, direct or indirect, incurred as a result of the non-compliance by any of the aforesaid persons with the provisions of any of the Association Instruments, Rules and Regulations, or any other covenant of the Lease Agreement. Owner and Tenant shall indemnify and hold harmless the Association from any claims of harm, loss, damage and/or injury resulting from the Association’s enforcement of Association Instruments, Rules and Regulations or any other covenant of the Lease Agreement, and against any losses or costs incurred by the Association in enforcing the provisions hereof with respect to any of their respective successors, assigns or sublessees 7. No Subletting. Landlord and Tenant acknowledge that there shall be no assignment or subletting of the Lease agreement. 8. Disputes. Any disputes between the Association and the Landlord and/or Tenant arising out of Tenant’s occupancy of the Premises or brought pursuant to this Lease Addendum shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have read and agree to be bound by the above terms and conditions of this Lease Addendum as of the effective date set forth below. Awesome stay!

Our family had a great time in Rehoboth. The condo was wonderful! Very clean, close to the boardwalk, and had all that we needed. We truly enjoyed our time and would definitely stay here again.

A+ experience, we loved it!

Our family of 4 (+ pitbull) absolutely loved our stay at Christie's beautiful condo. The location is slightly tucked back from town (peaceful and quiet), but really only minutes away and can be accessed by a super safe and comfortable bike ride or walk. This ended up being a bonus for us, as the bike path synced up with a trail leading straight into the heart of reho! Christie was phenomenal with communication, making sure that our stay was exactly how we hoped it would be. I would 100% recommend this stay to friends and family for future stays!

Our condo is located on the ground floor. There is very easy access to the condo through the main door (with access code) or slider. There is no need to climb stairs or use elevators. It is much simpler to get in and out of the condo quickly, especially if you have children, pets, or mobility issues.
The Grande at Canal Pointe offers easy access to the Breakwater Trail, which is a popular destination for hiking, biking, and outdoor recreation.
