Welcome to Cloud Nine of the Shenandoah. The ultimate place to unwind and relax — a beautiful, newly remodeled farm house sits on 4 acres of land with a secluded lake, large pool, and hot tub. With space for up to 16 guests, you can enjoy this peaceful escape with family and friends.

Make wonderful meals; swim; lounge; fish; fire pit by the lake; family game nights and movies; explore historical local towns; venture out to the Shenandoah National Park; and enjoy many other nearby attractions!

Everything is completely new, modern, and luxuriously comfortable. Pool opens from May 1 to Nov 1, pricing is reflecting the pool.

Lots of local mom and pop shops, quaint historic downtown strip, lots of other small towns nearby with plenty of restaurants, hiking, sightseeing, and other things to do around Shenandoah Valley. Also caverns, ski resorts, and many wineries very close by!

You will need your own personal vehicle to get around the area. The house has a wide driveway out front with plenty of parking!
Please no driving fast in the neighborhood street, kids and pets near by, please tell all guests.

The one major rule is nobody can go on neighbors property this can lead to eviction. We don’t want to do that of course but we need good relationships with neighbors to keep the Airbnb open. Thank you so for your help.

No unregistered and unpaid guests.
No pets in the pool or hot tub.
No food or beverages in pool or hot tub.
No walking to neighbors yards. THIS MAJOR.
No driving fast on road near the house, kids and pets are everywhere.

The major rule is please leave the neighbors alone, we have had issues with that and we want them to be happy with us, so please leave them alone.
