Looking for a family vacation that's close to San Diego but far enough to enjoy peace and tranquility? Our luxury 4 bedroom /3 bath home on 2 acres of greenery in Valley Center is a perfect choice. Enjoy indoor and outdoor games, soak up the So-Cal sunshine in stunning backyard w/ pool, hot tub , putting green or simply relax in the comfortable & richly decorated living areas. Conveniently located just 45 minutes from DT San Diego and beaches, there's plenty to explore this amazing area.

Our house features four spacious and comfortable bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The master suite includes a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a large soaking tub and walk-in shower. There are also two additional full bathrooms, ensuring that there's plenty of space for everyone.

Our house is fully equipped with all the modern amenities you need to enjoy a comfortable and hassle-free stay, including high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, and a washer and dryer. There's also a fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, formal dining room with Restoration Hardware furniture and cozy living rooms with comfortable seating.

Outdoor Area: Relax with your family and friends outside in our lavish backyard. Take a dip in the pool, soak in the hot tub, lounge by the pool, enjoy a nice evening by the fire pit (currently non operational) or take in a game of corn hole, ping pong, volleyball or mini golf.

Indoor Fireplaces are not operational.
The firepit is currently non operational.

Disclaimer: By accepting this reservation, you are holding the owner harmless from any accidents or injury on the property, or any accidents or injury from hot tub/pool/fire pit.

No children are to be left unattended in or by the pool at all times.

This is a residential neighborhood and we expect our guests to respect their surroundings. Please be advised that the noise ordinance in this area is from 9pm-9am.

Special Note:
Please do not move any of the furniture in the home around during your stay.

Must be 25 or older to book

No music in backyard at all times. Again, this is a family friendly neighborhood and we have to respect those around us, music will echo to other neighbors yards and there will be a fine.

POOL/SPA
It is optional to heat the pool.
If you want the pool heated, we have a 3-day minimum.

There is an additional fee to heat the pool.
Prices vary depending on the time of year.
Oct-March: $150 per day /3 consecutive day minimum.
April-May: $125 per day/3 consecutive day minimum.
June and Sept: $100 per day /3 consecutive day minimum.
July and Aug: $75 per day/3 consecutive day minimum.
(you most likely won't need the pool heated in July and August. The pool temperature is warm and usually in the low to mid 80's).

Please Note:
We don't heat the pool past 85 degrees.
Pool temp can vary depending on weather conditions.
We can make an exception however it does cost more.

Tampering with the pool heat or accidentally turning it on will have a $150 per day fee.
PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE POOL EQUIPMENT OUTSIDE.
It will disable the system causing nothing to work.

Please note: It is common to see debris at times in the pool.
The pool vacuum will grab it or you can use the skimmer if you want to manually do it.

You cannot heat the pool and the spa at the same time.
We first heat the pool to temp then you can turn on/off the spa when needed.

The spa is free however when you're not using it, it needs to be shut off so the pool can filter. It's also on a 1hr 30 min timer. Hot tub heater must be turned off after use and overnight.

Pool Vacuum must stay in the pool at all times. It may not be removed or disconnected whatsoever otherwise the pool equipment will get air and need to be replaced. Guests will be responsible for replacement if left unplugged or out of pool.

We are a smoke free home, this also includes the backyard. This includes vaping and marijuana.

We do not allow ANY parties at any time. Guests listed in the booking are the only guests permitted on the property at all times. NO additional guests permitted.

We do not allow any pets in the home due to severe allergies, this also includes any service or emotional support animals. Due to severe allergies we are unable to accommodate.

Green bins are only for landscaping. There is a $500 fine for throwing trash in the green bins or recycling bins.

No RV Parking

Any Violations will lead to instant eviction.

PLEASE NOTE:
There are a few days of the year that we don’t allow check -ins and check- outs. These specific dates are designated as pass through days.
